"Pet Friendly"

"The front desk was welcoming and very helpful on arrival. All employees were friendly during our one night stay. Breakfast was adequate for us. Cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, toast, hardboiled eggs and juices and milk, coffee and tea! I will stay here again when we visit family in the area,"

"The room was awesome& I definitely will be using them again when I go to Cleveland to visit my sista! I didn’t like that Expedia or the hotel allowed a single female to be in an adjoining room! I didn’t ask for another room. They said they were full."

"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the desk. We waited 20 minutes along side 4 other families waiting to check in. The phones were ringing off the hook getting no answer. When the woman finally did return she was short and rude and never even try to apologize to anyone for their wait. We get to the room and there were only 2 little towels. When I asked for more we got attitude and eye rolling. And the whole place smelled like weed. Will not be returning."

"The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do."

"I was pretty unhappy with our stay. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived nor was it cleaned at all during our stay. Front desk staff were on their phones causing folks to wait at the desk. It’s not what I expected at all especially for a place that carries the Hilton name. It is pretty for a wedding venue but rooms that we signed up for were unevenly matched. No seating area in the room except one desk chair and the bed. Our bathroom door was locked and so we were unable to close it all...

"I thought this was free breakfast. While the room was nice, the shower head is outdated and no water pressure at all. What usually takes 15 minutes to shower including giving time for conditioner to do its job, took me 40 minutes because of poor/ lack or water pressure. Not Good when and if you are on time crunch or even at regular pace. The room can also use some pamphlets on what guest can do in cleveland downtown or around the area of hotel, including resteraunt. It's on 3rd party website...

"I love the Aloft/Marriott brand. My dog & I felt like we were right at home. I have zero complaints."

"This isn’t the best located hotel, as it’s a bit far from the downtown area but for our purposes it worked. Parking is available in the garage opposite and price is reasonable (I think it was 20$). Breakfast is better than what I was expecting with a good selection of warm food, cereal, pancakes, breads and some fruits and yogurt. "
