"The front desk clerk was super friendly. Room basic, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast did not have hot food but what they had was good quality - hard boiled eggs, yogurt with toppings, and good bagels and pastries."

"I was pretty unhappy with our stay. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived nor was it cleaned at all during our stay. Front desk staff were on their phones causing folks to wait at the desk. It’s not what I expected at all especially for a place that carries the Hilton name. It is pretty for a wedding venue but rooms that we signed up for were unevenly matched. No seating area in the room except one desk chair and the bed. Our bathroom door was locked and so we were unable to close it all...

"This isn’t the best located hotel, as it’s a bit far from the downtown area but for our purposes it worked. Parking is available in the garage opposite and price is reasonable (I think it was 20$). Breakfast is better than what I was expecting with a good selection of warm food, cereal, pancakes, breads and some fruits and yogurt. "

"The area around the hotel felt safe. little Italy is about a half mile away, plenty of restaurants there. Museums and a park is within walking distance. We stayed in a Suite on the third floor. It was very quiet, no noise from the street or other hotel guests. Eating breakfast in the sunroom was nice."

"The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do."

"Room was clean, plenty of room to move around, a little mini kitchen with all you would need and refrigerator. There also was a movable table/desk you could use for eating or working."

"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the desk. We waited 20 minutes along side 4 other families waiting to check in. The phones were ringing off the hook getting no answer. When the woman finally did return she was short and rude and never even try to apologize to anyone for their wait. We get to the room and there were only 2 little towels. When I asked for more we got attitude and eye rolling. And the whole place smelled like weed. Will not be returning."

"The staff at this property was attentive and nice. The property left a lot to be desired. When reading the reviews prior to booking it seemed like the property was renovated, but that was not the case for us. We were put on the third floor adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Clinic. Had I known I was paying to essentially to stay at a hospital I would not have booked. The room looked like it had not been renovated in at least 20 years. Dated, with ripped wallpaper and rugs, dirt on the doors...

"Roost is a great value very large apartment style living in downtown. Couple small downsides, the bed is very low to the floor (but comfortable), HVAC is loud could be a problem for a light sleeper but I like background noise. Also because it is not a traditional hotel there is no restaurant or freshly made coffee in the morning so prepare for that accordingly."
