"Breakfast was basic but good. We had to leave early in the morning for appointments and then would come back for breakfast and to the room to nap. We requested that housekeeping refresh our room while we were out and they didn’t. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal if the front desk hadn’t assured us it wasn’t a problem and someone would make up the room, or having to hunt someone down for toilet paper, or trying to gather a weeks worth of trash in a teeny tiny bag. Oh, and the ice machine was...

"Room could have been cleaner and staff more attentive. I likely won’t be back. I found a hair in one of my towels and my bathroom Wasn’t very clean so that took me out where it was difficult for me to want to stay there."

"This isn’t the best located hotel, as it’s a bit far from the downtown area but for our purposes it worked. Parking is available in the garage opposite and price is reasonable (I think it was 20$). Breakfast is better than what I was expecting with a good selection of warm food, cereal, pancakes, breads and some fruits and yogurt. "

"The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do."

"The staff at this property was attentive and nice. The property left a lot to be desired. When reading the reviews prior to booking it seemed like the property was renovated, but that was not the case for us. We were put on the third floor adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Clinic. Had I known I was paying to essentially to stay at a hospital I would not have booked. The room looked like it had not been renovated in at least 20 years. Dated, with ripped wallpaper and rugs, dirt on the doors...

"The room was fine. Friendly Staff. Good restaurant on-site. The brochures of Cleveland and things to do and see should be out in the open not in a drawer. Bathroom nice and clean including the shower and the pressure of water, as well as, the shower head. It is also nice when shower head can separate from its arm. It's awesome that the pool is open all the way to 11pm."

"The room was awesome& I definitely will be using them again when I go to Cleveland to visit my sista! I didn’t like that Expedia or the hotel allowed a single female to be in an adjoining room! I didn’t ask for another room. They said they were full."

"I thought this was free breakfast. While the room was nice, the shower head is outdated and no water pressure at all. What usually takes 15 minutes to shower including giving time for conditioner to do its job, took me 40 minutes because of poor/ lack or water pressure. Not Good when and if you are on time crunch or even at regular pace. The room can also use some pamphlets on what guest can do in cleveland downtown or around the area of hotel, including resteraunt. It's on 3rd party website...
