"I stayed at this hotel because I arrived very late at the New Orleans airport and decided to stay there for just one night, so that I could arrive at my destination and the conference I was attending during the day. I paid the rate and they asked me to pay for a security deposit, saying that the amount would be refunded shortly after. I made all the payments but the amount was never refunded. "Hotel péssimo! O carpete do quarto estava úmido com cheiro forte de mofo, os lençóis também!
O corredor para os quartos era cheio de buracos, o elevador daba medo de andar de tão velho.
O hotel tinha aspecto de abandonado..."

"It would be an okay hotel however we were moved 3 times 3 different rooms in one stay because the TV didn't work, the sink was leaking, and the lights didn't work. I did book through Expedia so it was only $43 with tax. They seem to be in the process of remodeling in some areas the room I originally had was very updated. It was a huge inconvenience that we asked for towels and 18 hours later still didn't have any had to go ask the maintenance man again and finally got them. The staff is ok but...

"Paguei por apartamento com cama king quando cheguei não tinha disponível. Fui alocada num quarto com duas camas de casal no 3. Andar. SEM ELEVADOR.
O apartamento estava com cheiro de mofo, sem luz no banheiro e tv sem acesso aos canais.
No dia seguinte nos trocaram de apartamento, de acordo com o que haviamos pago.
No café da manhã fomos destrados pela pessoa responsável que não queria repor o leite e os produtos faltantes, apesar de ainda estar dentro do horário para o café. Nos dias...
"Arrived on a Saturday. Very surprised at the lack of heavy traffic on the road way. Staff at the front desk very helpful. Room was large clean , stocked with towels cups coffee machine, just about anything you need. A/C so cold had to turn the temp up. Comfortable bed, lots of light. I would definitely stay here again."

When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this. "
