"This was one of the best stays ever. I had no idea when I booked that it was a Bed and Breakfast!! It’s decorated to antique and stylish! The Street car running directly in front is and added bonus! Our concierge served us delicious breakfast options each morning! Although there should be non pork options. The are around the hotel is very lovely and friendly. "Love the location and the stay. This is our second time staying at this hotel and both times has been great although this time we was surprised with a parking fee each day. Would of been nice to be told that when checking in. We may have not parked in the parking lot, I could of used Uber or any other ride share services. Overall we will be staying here again. The location is perfect!"

"This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far. We visited New Orleans, but didn’t want to stay the night in the city. I picked this hotel because it was in a secluded area with food and gas nearby. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was awesome. "

"Nice property. Looks like it may have been updated. Staff was very nice and appreciated having a restaurant on site-great burger. However, we booked a king and got queen beds in handicap access room Hope we get the right room in 2 weeks. "

"The employees Ms Bishop and Maria were perfect, well trained and their skills were suitable to new chalenges. They were fantastic. All the resources of room were cleam and according Comfort Inn pattern and well maintained and the only thing to improve is tge breakfast, i have booked 2 nights and had no bacon."

"I stayed at this hotel because I arrived very late at the New Orleans airport and decided to stay there for just one night, so that I could arrive at my destination and the conference I was attending during the day. I paid the rate and they asked me to pay for a security deposit, saying that the amount would be refunded shortly after. I made all the payments but the amount was never refunded. When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this. "
