"Love the location and the stay. This is our second time staying at this hotel and both times has been great although this time we was surprised with a parking fee each day. Would of been nice to be told that when checking in. We may have not parked in the parking lot, I could of used Uber or any other ride share services. Overall we will be staying here again. The location is perfect!"

"The first night was great second time today the room toilet overflowed and I had to get a plunger and and they wasn't one and I had to walk all the way to the office to get one and when I got back it was a huge mess!"

"Nice property. Looks like it may have been updated. Staff was very nice and appreciated having a restaurant on site-great burger. However, we booked a king and got queen beds in handicap access room Hope we get the right room in 2 weeks. "

"The employees Ms Bishop and Maria were perfect, well trained and their skills were suitable to new chalenges. They were fantastic. All the resources of room were cleam and according Comfort Inn pattern and well maintained and the only thing to improve is tge breakfast, i have booked 2 nights and had no bacon."

"We came down for a birthday and the two bedroom suite was perfect. I was thrown off by the “sofa bed” but it worked out fine. The staff were Amazing Ms.Sherrie at the front desk 3-11 shift and Ms.Yosheka for breakfast were a 10/10! They were friendly and made the stay feel so welcoming. The housekeeping refreshed our room and made sure we had clean towels. I can’t say enough about this property it was truly amazing I enjoyed it."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice (but could have used a few bananas or apples instead of only an orange) and the pool was clean and refreshing. The beds were comfortable but they needed a few smaller pillows and the shower had plenty of water pressure with a massaging head, which was nice. "

"I stayed at this hotel because I arrived very late at the New Orleans airport and decided to stay there for just one night, so that I could arrive at my destination and the conference I was attending during the day. I paid the rate and they asked me to pay for a security deposit, saying that the amount would be refunded shortly after. I made all the payments but the amount was never refunded. When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this. "
