Wake up every morning to beautiful beach sunrises at your own upscale cottage located right on the "miracle mile". From the front door, you are just steps away from the beach and a 15-minute drive to the sites of the oldest city in America.

THE SPACE:
If you're looking to be surrounded by vacationers out to party loud until late at night then you keep looking! But if you're looking for the perfect location in a quiet, safe and clean place then you found it. You'll see when you get here, there is no other place like it on St. Augustine Beach. It's a small neighborhood where everyone has their own beach cottage. About half are lived in year-round by retirees that really take good care of the neighborhood and its guests. When your done soaking in the sun with an ocean breeze on your face, jump in the pool to cool off, then relax in your very own beach house!

Just about everything inside and outside of our cottage is put together in an upscale/beachy/craftsman/cottage kind of way. Upgraded in 2018, with attention to the details to make it very comfortable for you to live in for a week or month or more (you will never want to leave). There is a lot of beach supplies in the outdoor closet so you don't need to bring much with you. Nice bath towels and linens. Nice washer and dryer. TV in every room with cable and internet, full kitchen, nice grill on the porch. The best part.... the house is located in the back of the neighborhood, almost no passing cars and just 200 feet from the private walkway to the beach.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Your neighbors on both sides of the house and across the street are retired and live there year-round. Which is great news for you! They are very nice folks and will be very welcoming to you. Please, no loud music or loud conversations on the back porch after 10 pm.

GETTING AROUND:
You're on what the locals call the "miracle mile". Lots of great restaurants, shopping, Grocery store, Gas station, beach equipment rentals, fishing, Alligator Farm, Anastasia State Park, and other great places to visit are only a couple of minutes away. Downtown St. Augustine is just 15 minutes away.
