Our property features two distinct structures: the main residence up front and a beautifully converted back property housing two cozy studio units, perfect for Airbnb guests.
Studio offers a private, self-contained space designed for comfort and convenience. It also contains it's own private courtyard. Parking is available onsite, and the historic charm of St. Augustine is just steps away!

Parking & Check-In Instructions
After parking, please follow these steps to reach your studio at "Casa de las Fuentes":

Park in the designated area on the property.
Head to the far left side of the property, where you’ll find a walkway.
Follow the walkway, which leads directly to the private courtyard.
Your studio door is located just outside the courtyard—look for the sign reading "Casa de las Fuentes."
If you have any trouble, please message me through the Airbnb platform. Enjoy your stay!
Other things to note
Access Challenges: The pathway to enter the studio units in the back property requires navigating three stairs up and three stairs down, which may pose difficulties for those with limited mobility.
Bedroom Configuration: Studio apartment contains only one bed, making it unsuitable for additional guests or those requiring extra sleeping arrangements.

Allergy Considerations: Our cleaning team has severe pet allergies, which prevents us from accommodating pets to ensure their health and safety while maintaining a clean environment for all guests.
Property Layout: The outdoor space consists of concrete forms and pebble rock, with no grass, fence, or gate. This environment may not be comfortable or safe for pets, lacking a secure area for them to roam or relieve themselves.
