"We have stayed in many VRBOs and this was by far our worst experience. Had to call support to get the owner to provide the door code for check in. The place was not clean, the outdoor furniture was falling apart, the dishes were dirty and there were only 3 plates. There was no dish washer, nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom and the window air conditioner units struggled to cool even though it was early May and not that hot. "Loved being above the wine shop, very tasty wine selections! Key pad door entry was easy and reserved parking was across the street. The bar next door was noisy for Saturday night but weekday nights were quiet. Loved walking St. George St. early mornings before all the people arrived."

We love the location, if you are not familiar with St. Augustine, the Spanish St. location is central (walking distance) to just about everything downtown. There are literally dozens of restaurants, bars/pubs, coffee shops and gift shops just a few steps away. The unit was small & cozy perfect for two adults.
