- A mandatory $100 cleaning is required every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. - Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Guests must climb stairs at the property. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization. - Pets are not allowed. - Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.
