We invite you to our 4-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow that greets you with a charming and cozy feel. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house offers a pull-out couch and can sleep 10 people comfortably. The spacious common areas allow you to relax and spend time with other guests comfortably. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from our Keurig and prepare your daily meals with our fully equipped modern appliances. Explore what the city has to offer and take a nice stroll to the historic district, enjoy a variety of dining options, and explore the many museums and shops.

All 4 bedrooms feature comfortable beds with high-quality linens, ensuring a peaceful night`s sleep.

We also offer a pull-out couch in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

We are pet-friendly and charge $100 per stay. If you are booking and are bringing a pet, please let us know ahead of time!

Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party/event is in effect if the guest count exceeds the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.

Roku TVs have basic cable through Vizio streaming. Netflix is provided for free.

Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F
No Party Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment, parties are not permitted within the premises.

Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

We offer a pet-friendly environment. Pets must be approved prior to reservations. Please reach out if you plan to travel with your pet(s). The fee is $100 a pet per stay and $50 for an additional pet for a maximum of (3) pets. If you have an approved pet, please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.

Responsibly Flush: Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else (This includes baby wipes and “flushable” baby wipes). Any plumbing clogs will result in a repair fee.
