Located directly on the beachfront, this oceanfront condo offers a private balcony with stunning panoramic views of the beach and ocean. Enjoy the large oceanfront heated pool and secured stair-less boardwalk to beach access. Book now, for long stays with steep discounts.

We ensure a worry-free stay with remote check-in and check-out, keyless entry for convenience, and no daily maid interruptions. Complete privacy guaranteed.

For added peace of mind, we recommend looking into travel protection services or travel insurance.

Amenities include HDTV flat-screen Smart TVs with cable, a queen pillow-top bed with fresh linens, a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stainless steel stove and oven, cooking utensils, a 12-cup coffee maker, and a microwave. Custom cabinets with soft close drawers and doors. Stone countertops in kitchen and dining area/workspace. Dining area has room for 3 including a lounge chair and 2 folding chairs. Living area has a love seat and soft, reclining rocker. Great private balcony/terrace with chairs and table. The unit has two separate air conditioners/heaters, an ironing board, and a hairdryer.

All queen units, such as ours, face the ocean, though studio and some first-floor units have limited views. Our unit is on the 2nd floor, offering fantastic ocean views and a glimpse of vibrant sand dunes. The condominium features four floors, two elevators (with the south elevator just 25 feet from our unit), a pet-friendly community (with exceptions and a non-refundable fee), smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, and nearby emergency services. Front desk staff are available from 8 AM to 10 PM, and free wireless internet is provided, by us, so you will have a secure and reliably fast connection, for those who want to work remotely.

Access includes a laundry room, secure beach access, heated outdoor pool, 2 new elevators, ice machines and a boardwalk to the beach.

Everything was as advertised. The location was great and the hosts were very nice and pleasant to communicate with. I wanted to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and that’s what I enjoyed the most during my whole trip.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever written. Condo described as cozy actually means very small. Furnishings were pretty dated. The noise from the air conditioner and the dehumidifier running were loud. The heat from the air conditioner is real eased on outside deck making the deck unusable on a hot summer day. These issues are not the reason I decide to stay in a hotel instead. The condo wasn’t very clean and the shower was nasty looking. Neither my wife or I would have used it. See pictures. We decided to get a room at the Marriott a coupe of miles away.For positives- the beach at this location is very nice and the pool area is large with showers for rinsing salt water from beach gear and yourself. I stored my beach wagon chairs and canopy in condo and stayed elsewhere to sleep and shower. Because of additional costs of renting hotel rooms we left a day earlier than planned. I probably wouldn’t have written a review at all, but we tried to make the owners aware of cleanliness issue so they could take care before renting it again.We were told it gets great reviews and we should have contacted VRBO.

Absolutely stunning direct ocean views

We stayed a full week in late July 2025. The owner Steven kept us updated during the entire booking process. Easy check-in process. The condo itself is ocean front with a short catwalk over the dunes to the beach. The property was ready for us exactly as promised. Clean, stocked with towels and linens. You do need to bring beach towels and chairs. Everything in the condo worked as expected. Great A/C units that kept the property comfortable even in 98 weather. The unit is perfect for a couple, but more than 2 or 3 people it would be rather cramped. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Crescent beach is beautiful and not overly crowded. We loved our time there and look forward to a return visit in their condo next summer. Steven was an excellent host. Highly recommend

Great get away

Great location. Very clean and stocked up with needed supplies. Great communication. This was our second time staying at complex but our first staying with host. Best host yet. The view is incredible. Will stay again.

It was a great condo right on the beach. The pool was heated and large. Couldnt walk to groceries or shopping but no problem if you have a car. We would stay there again.

Awesome beachside stay

Loved this condo and the entire property. Comfy bed, couch and outdoor seating. Just a quick walk down the stairs and out the walkway to the beach. I enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife around the area. Steve the host is an excellent communicator.

Love the beach view!

The condo was ready on time, clean and tidy. While things are a bit dated, they have been well cared for and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances function. The bed was very comfortable. The best feature is the the unobstructed view of the beach. We sat on the porch and watched the waves and at night we watched the stars. The hosts were attentive and easy to reach. I hope we have the opportunity to come back again.

Excellent Stay

I can offer my unconditional positive recommendation for this property and the hosts. I stayed 11 days visiting friends in the area. The unit was clean, comfortable and met all of my needs. While I didn't have much need to communicate with the hosts when I did they responded immediately. Instructions were timely and helpful. They even contacted me to let me know of a space launch which I greatly appreciated. This unit isn't large - I think it best serves 1-3 people. The view from the balcony is awesome. I so enjoyed having morning coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean. Spectacular. I thought the entire property was well kept - including the pool area. So, in summary, every aspect of my stay went smoothly and met with my expectations. Should I visit the St. Augustine area in the future I would gladly stay in this unit again. Absolutely. Steve and Janet, thanks again!!

The location was great. There are not many people on the beach at this location. It was easy access to the beach. The condo needs an update. It is small but perfect for two people. It was clean just outdated.

Winter getaway

I found the unit to be alittle outdated but that being said price and responsiveness clearly made up for it. The WiFi and bedroom tv were a challenge but if the weather had cooperated it wouldn’t have mattered. The unit owners were always quick to respond and even went out of their way to alert us to a rocket launch that could be seen from our porch. Overall I give this vacation a 5 and looking forward to next years return.

A Wonderful Get-Away!

Location was very convenient, beach and pool were perfect, condo was just as described and suited our purposes well. The owners communicated well but also gave us our privacy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Beachfront for the price we paid was great. The place was perfect for two people and had most of the necessities - my wife bought washclothes which we brought home. A working oven might be nice but hey - it was a vacation - who wants to use the oven!

Wake up to a "million dollar view"

Steve & Janet are more than just renting an apartment, they really care. Everything was clean and just as expected. Condo has all that you need for a nice vacation. Nice towels and lots of them, even beach towels. Building is concrete so it's quiet. Great location for everything. AAA+++

Get rid of the clutter

Pool/beach 5 stars the condo was a dump remove the picture with the stove that has no working oven there’s a toaster oven not one of quality and the only place to put it is the only working space off the kitchen and by the way that is crap the refrigerator was a rock star however way to big for such a small space this is true off all the furniture I live in a cabin with less square footage it doesn’t have to be so cluttered my porch is twice the size of yours I have half the furniture no plugs in the bedroom and no space on the dressers due to oversized lamps mattresses was okay the blanket was sprayed down with frebreeze or something reminiscent off a cheep hotel the toilet was so low I felt like I was in elementary school the worst bathroom of all the places we have rented with this company who the hell has 17 coffee cups when they have no cabinets have a giant microwave not one microwaveable bowl not one bowl big enough to make a salad would I go back most likely my brother is buying a unit the pool is the best clean and well maintained the ocean view is breathtaking this condo has so much potential we did have a flood from upstairs as maybe you noticed your ceiling got wrecked we cleaned up and ran your dehumidifier

Holiday week at the beach

Comfy, cozy with an amazing view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It’s very small, which adds to the comfort, coziness, and relaxation factor. It is perfect for a couple. If you have more people, you may find find it a bit small. The view is amazing, and proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Probably will!
