Enter off a large patio with rocking chairs to your main living space. The comfortable living room has a pull-out queen sofa and large HDTV for the whole family to enjoy! The dining room seats eight with an additional four seats at the bar. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook to your heart's content with a large kitchen island. This home contains one king bed in the master and queen beds in the other three bedrooms. You won't find a lack of storage space either! Washer and dryer located just off the living room, so feel free to pack light! This pet-friendly home even has a fully enclosed yard for your furry friend to get his exercise in, a BBQ and patio furniture making it ideal to enjoy the sun setting in the intracoastal while reminiscing with friends.

Serenata Beach club is located a short drive from the home. Guests who book our homes have the ability to purchasing a temporary weekly pass from the club for their stay giving them access to Serenatas 3 pools, hot tub, gym, restaurant, direct beach access, activities and more. Once booked and out rental agreement is signed, we will automatically email you all information on the club and how to purchase the pass from them.

Guest have access to the entire house, yard, and driveway (limited to 3 vehicles for this driveway)

This rental is located in coveted Vilano Beach, known as a sleepy surfer town that isn't overcrowded with restaurants, hotels, and tourists. You'll be conveniently close to downtown St. Augustine with its hundreds of restaurants and access to many of the area's best beaches. Choose the best of both worlds by enjoying our small surfer village feel with our handful of great restaurants, new grocery store, and the Vilano Pier, where you can fish or catch a water taxi to downtown, while also being close to the many attractions that bring people here from all over the world.
The neighborhood is a quiet peaceful place. This home is not for big gatherings or parties.

36 Steps to the coastal beach, 4 minute walk to the ocean side beach, 3 minute walk to the restaurant Aunt Kates, 7 min walk to the restaurant Caps. 5 minute drive to Historic St Augustine with shopping, historic venues, foodie haven, and tourist tours and stops to fit all likes.

Maximum of 2 pets must be approved by owner before booking. A $75 pet fee will be added to reservation for each pet.

The exterior property is monitored by cameras. For privacy there are NO cameras inside the home.
