Walkability: The home is just a 12‑minute stroll into Historic Downtown St. Augustine — perfect for exploring cobblestone streets, shops, bars, and restaurants without needing a car.

Biking: 2 (two) bikes are provided and additional rentals are available nearby, and cycling is a fun way to discover Lincolnville’s Victorian architecture and waterfront views.

Rideshare & Taxis: Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services operate throughout the city for quick trips to beaches or attractions.

Public Transit: The Sun Trolley and local shuttles connect key areas of St. Augustine, including the historic district and beaches.

Driving: Parking for two standard‑size vehicles is provided at the property. Downtown parking lots and garages are also available if you prefer to drive.

Sightseeing Tours: Hop‑on, hop‑off trolleys and guided tours are a popular way to experience the Oldest City without worrying about navigation.

Pets Welcome (with approval): We love furry friends! A $85 pet fee applies and helps us keep the home fresh for all guests.

Sunset Views: Don’t miss the west‑facing deck — it’s one of the best spots in Lincolnville to watch the San Sebastian River glow at dusk.



Neighborhood Respect: Lincolnville is a historic and residential district. Please be mindful of neighbors and the community’s character.



❗️To secure your reservation, a valid payment method must be on file and successfully processed according to the payment schedule. In the event of a payment failure (e.g., declined card, bank hold, or expired credentials), guests will be notified via the booking platform and/or email.

Guests are granted a 48-hour grace period from the time of notification to resolve the issue or provide an alternative payment method. For arrivals scheduled within 72 hours, this grace period is reduced to 8 hours. Failure to resolve payment issues within these timeframes may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and the reopening of the calendar to other guests.
