This beautifully updated coastal retreat is perfect for large groups, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests with 5 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and there is room for our air mattress. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a group vacation, you'll love the open layout and resort-style amenities.
Step outside to your private oasis—featuring a large heated pool, lounge chairs, Smart TV, outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a fun game of cornhole, all while feeling secluded with the bamboo privacy. IMPORTANT NOTE: THE SPA CAN NOT BE HEATED, only the pool during the specified months below. Inside the garage, guests can enjoy some friendly competition with air hockey, foosball, and shuffleboard.
Just one block from the beach and only 8 minutes to the heart of St. Augustine’s Historic District, the location couldn’t be better!
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes a gas cooktop, Keurig, blender, hot water kettle, wine fridge, and all the essentials to make you feel at home. For your beach days, we provide towels, 6 chairs, spikeball, an umbrella, beach cart, and a rolling cooler.

Things to know!
-Pool heater is turned off 4/15 - 9/15. Our heater will be on 9/16-4/14 for 24/7 at the Standard heated temperature. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have pool maintenance come 2x a week! A pool waiver must be signed before checking in!

-Trash/recycle days are posted in the house and in our house manual. We would appreciate if guest could take the bins out on the specified days.

-This home is managed by locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals in Northeast Florida so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay.
