Incredible proximity to the beach and walkable to several top restaurants in the neighborhood including local favorite Caps on the Water. The heart of downtown Saint Augustine is just a quick car ride away.

First Floor: Bedroom with king bed, full bathroom with shower-tub combo, dining room with seating for 6, fully equipped kitchen, and open living room

Second Floor: Open loft bedroom with luxurious king bed and twin day bed and trundle. Attached is a second full bathroom.

Backyard: Fully fenced, putting green, dining set under romantic pergola

Guests have private access to the entire townhome and backyard as well as free Wi-Fi, off-street parking for 2 vehicles, complimentary first morning stock of coffee and access to Fubo on each of the TVs.


PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $49 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
