Welcome to the historical Lakeside Retreat located in the heart of the eclectic Lincolnville neighborhood of Downtown St. Augustine - Effortlessly explore the Oldest City with a quick 8min walk into the Historical Downtown for all the top historic sights, hottest bars & restaurants. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout with a private, fully fenced front yard w/ sparkling clean, heated pool - Backyard is fully fenced overlooking the tranquil Lake Maria Sanchez.

The prestigious Lakeside Retreat was built circa 1926 and has been newly renovated with classic designer touches and a focus on high-end comfort for our guests. The space boasts amenities that are fabulously rare for any downtown stay including a private heated pool and expansive back deck overlooking Lake Maria Sanchez. Great place to enjoy a coffee and watch the sunrise over the lake - We have a propane grill on the property ready to go for our guests.

Spaciously sleeps 8 guests between the three bedroom layout and spread out in the open floor plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen spaces. In addition, the home is stocked with board games, foosball table, and Xbox One with four controllers and games Halo 5, NBA 2K22, Call of Duty.

Roam the home and explore the folk art found on the walls with depictions of daily life told thorough paintings.

GUEST BEDROOM 1: Queen bed, Smart TV, Closet, Dresser (Sleep 2).
GUEST BEDROOM 2: 2x Twin XL bunk beds, Smart TV, Xbox One (Sleeps 4).
GUEST FULL BATHROOM: Located next to Guest Bedroom 1 - Shower/tub combo.
LIVING ROOM: Couch for 3 guests, coffee table, couch for 2 guests, foosball table, Smart TV
KITCHEN: Brand new appliances including electric range, coffee maker (standard and Keurig) all kitchen essentials are provided.
DINING ROOM: Dining table for 6 guests (with two additional chairs provided).
ART: Enjoy and learn about the unique Folk Art pieces displayed throughout the home.
EXTERIOR: Private front yard with private pool and propane grill. Fully fenced back porch overlooking Lake Maria Sanchez stacked with outdoor furniture.
PARKING: The driveway can accommodate three standard size vehicles; If more parking is needed please reach out prior to arrival.

HEATED POOL: Pool will be heated from November through April - Outside of the months of November through April, guests can request to heat the pool for a charge of $250.
**Due to the heating system on the pool, the pool heater will only work at outdoor temperatures of 60 degrees or warmer**
