Welcome to Palmera St. Augustine, where the wide, sandy beach is a short walk from your door and a heated pool waits just inside the gate. It's a home built for families to be together and apart at the same time: two living rooms, four bedrooms with plush bedding (plus an optional fifth), and space for every generation to spread out. The home comes fully stocked, from the chef's kitchen to the beach gear, so your vacation starts the moment you arrive.

When the working members of the group need to check in, they can. The house has fiber-optic internet, several desks and comfortable chairs, and charging stations throughout. Everyone else can be off the clock: a big hammock, a fire pit, and a grill for the fresh catch. On rainy days, there's plenty to keep all ages busy, from arcade and board games, a poker table, Xbox, foosball, and karaoke, to a chef's kitchen for baking up something sweet with the kids.

LIVING & DINING
The main living and dining area is open-concept and built for a group, with a large sectional sofa, a fireplace, a poker table, record player, and a 65" smart TV (Hulu, Disney, Prime Video, Roku, and local channels). A second living room has its own TV, fireplace, Bluetooth speaker, and karaoke, plus a quieter place to read. Between the two rooms, the family can have a loud game night and a calm retreat at the same time.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a full house: a Thermador induction cooktop, a convection microwave that doubles as a second oven, and a waffle and ice cream bar for treats. Coffee lovers have their pick of Keurig, drip, espresso, cappuccino, cold brew, French press, and pour-over. The butler's pantry holds a second full-size fridge, plenty of cabinet space, and a prep sink with extra counter for bigger meals.

LAUNDRY
Also in the pantry: a full-size washer and dryer, drying rack, iron, steamer, and detergent.

BEDROOMS
Every bedroom has cotton linens, a range of pillows, room-darkening shades, a fan, bedside charging, and a sound machine. The five bedrooms sleep up to 10 adults. Small children can also be accommodated on a pull-out sofa, toddler bed, and/or crib.

Bedroom 1 (King, en-suite): The primary suite has a king bed with a Casper mattress and Tempur-Pedic topper, a desk nook, a 50" smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a loveseat sitting area. The bathroom has a skylight, dual shower heads, a spa bench, on-demand hot water, and a European-style double vanity. A comfortable spot for grandparents or the booking couple.

Bedroom 2 (Office, 2 singles): Direct pool access, with an optional safety latch on the pool door, plus a proper workspace: a two-tier desk, whiteboard, 40" smart TV, Xbox, and a daybed with trundle that makes two twins when you need the beds.

Bedroom 3 (Queen): Direct pool access with a pool-door alarm, a Casper queen mattress and Tempur-Pedic topper, a 40" smart TV, makeup mirror, and custom closet.

Bedroom 4 (King): Set apart from the other rooms, next to the second living room, with pool access, a Casper king and Tempur-Pedic topper, desk, full-length mirror, and closet. A quiet spot to wind down, and a good choice for anyone who wants a little separation from the main bedrooms.

Bedroom 5 (Casita, King): A detached building off the back patio overlooking the outdoor dining area, with a Casper king and Tempur-Pedic topper, smart TV, fireplace, small desk, and its own heat and A/C. It's a favorite for teens and young adults who want their own space and don't mind that the bathroom is in the main house. Available by request, higher cleaning fee applies, so please confirm at time of booking.

BATHROOMS
A tankless gas water heater means hot water on demand. Alongside the primary en-suite, there's a hall bathroom with a standup shower, spa bench, safety grab bar, skylight, and plenty of towels.

OUTDOORS
The heated pool greets you as you enter the front gate, welcoming you to sink into a shaded cabana and listen to the palms swaying nearby. We heat it at no extra charge through the cooler months, so it's ready whenever you are. The home is stocked with pool towels so you can settle in the moment you arrive. Just beyond, the backyard is its own retreat: a grill, outdoor dining for twelve, a fire pit, and a hammock strung up for slow evenings. The beach is a short walk, and you'll find sand-free towels and blankets, an XL sun shade, chairs, a wheeled cooler, games, and a wagon to haul it all.

FITNESS
Start the morning with yoga by the pool or keep up your strength with the free weights. The neighborhood is quiet, with two closed loops that naturally limit traffic, making it highly walkable and perfect for a stroll. You'll see friendly neighbors out walking their dogs throughout the day. Just at the neighborhood entrance you'll find a gym, a hot pilates studio, and bike rentals, with a sidewalk along A1A that runs more than five miles north for an easy, uninterrupted ride. E-bikes can also be delivered right to the house for free.

GETTING AROUND
St. Augustine Beach and historic downtown are both a short drive, and Butler Beach, just across from the neighborhood, is open to 4x4s. Our closest beach access also has free beachfront parking, covered picnic tables, restrooms, and seasonal lifeguards. When you get back, a circular driveway plus a bonus pad fits up to 5 vehicles, or 3 to 4 cars with a small boat or RV.

PAWMENITIES
We're a dog-friendly home and set up for it: crates, bowls, feeding mats, towels, blankets, poop bags, grooming tools, and pet-safe cleaners.
