Stunning 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath Oceanfront Retreat

They say a view is worth a thousand words so just imagine waking up and watching the dolphins or whales play right in front of your eyes or the sun rising from the east over the ocean. Whether it’s with your morning coffee or having an evening drink, you will love the view.

Cloud Nine is the perfect place to spend your vacation with family or friends. Complete ocean front with a large screened-in Lanai/ patio with seating for the entire family.

Our luxury four bedroom home comfortably sleeps ten guests and is perfect for large families.
This home is fully furnished with brand new, high quality furniture throughout the entire home. The living room has a 60" HDMI Flat Screen and plenty of seating. WiFi throughout the house.
The large kitchen has been fully upgraded with marble counter-tops and gleaming stainless steel appliances as well as a stainless steel sink. Our home also features a full size 'super capacity' washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
The elegant in-suite dining area seats 10 at each table.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. The third bedroom contains two twin beds and a trundle bed. The fourth room contains a twin bed and there is also a sofa sleeper.
Great landscaping is not only beautiful but is home to lots of local wildlife. Children, and photographers will love spotting the wildlife, dolphins, coastal birds and so much more.

This was a great house layout and excellent beach location for our family vacation. The beach view pictures did not disappoint. The living space for a large family was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The owners and property management were awesome at communication throughout the trip. We truly enjoyed our time at this home!The AC was not cooling the house properly on arrival and the HVAC person was there within a couple hours and fixed the issue. The only items that were a “wish list item” is the bathrooms are pretty outdated and there was no beach chairs or towels available. We travel by plane so always expect this may be a purchase needed while on vacation. Thanks for a great stay!

From the moment we got there we knew we’d be booking another trip to this house only. If you want a getaway that feels like a home away from home then this is the house for you! I lost my husband to cancer in late March this year and it was as if he hand picked this place for myself and my girls to heal!!! Can’t wait to be back. Thank you

Do not recommend

House is in need of some serious cleaning. It is evident that there is rodent activity with the rat trap in the kitchen and bait in a bowl in the fireplace. Each night we woke up to rodent activity. Night 1 and 2 food gotten into, night 3 rodent feces on a skillet in the cabinet. My family could not stomach eating in the house. Roach feces in drawers in master bathroom. Old and unused belongings in every closet and cabinet. Rusty chair and old beach trash in outside storage. Fridge drawer broken. Husband took 10 min of his morning to beat down all of the sharp nails with a hammer on the board walk so our kids wouldn't snag their feet. Now that I read these reviews and people complaining about it, it's clear the owners don't care to fix it. The outdoor shower was helpful for kids to not bring sand in the house. Nice beach view but that's it. Overall do not recommend. We left the home in perfect condition and did several loads of laundry and I folded everything before we left including starting a new load and taking down the trash.

Underwhelmed

The property is not well maintained. The bathrooms are abysmal. The walkway to the beach has nails coming up. The house had multiple roaches. Property not clean enough for charging a very hefty cleaning fee. The address provided by VRBO in email communications was not the same as the actual property. Called the property manager for clarification and didn’t receive a call back. The online description should include pictures of the bathrooms. No problem with an older property but this one needs attention. Plus having to start laundry while paying the cleaning fee is unacceptable. The fridge has broken drawers and the bottom shelf on the door has tape holding it together. VRBO needs to be better informed about properties they advertise.

Great location and home but needs work

Great location and property but needs some work. For a family of 8 we had 1 working shower! We called and they said there was a work order to replace all the plumbing in the home. The people before as well never took out the trash so the cans were full day 1 which was also very inconvenient. There was also only 1 working stovetop :/ Other than that we made it work, great location for family get away but I would ensure you have working showers and a good dusting

Do not recommend!

The only good thing about this rental was the beach. The property was absolutely filthy. Its seemed housecleaning never cleaned and only took out trash. The owners stuff was everywhere and completely unorganized. The wood stairway to the beach was unsecure and dangerous as it had nails sticking out everywhere. At one point the electricity went out and took hours to come back. During this time management never answered our calls and the website says 24h service. The only reason we stayed was because there is no refund and we didnt have anywhere else to stay last minute.

Gorgeous view, spacious house and clean beach

This was a last minute rental for us and more than we typically pay to get away. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and so easy to get to by the private boardwalk. The house was spacious and we enjoyed the decor and the outdoor shower. The kitchen had just the right utensils and there was plenty of places to eat and spend time with the family. The beds were comfortable.

It is obvious that this house is a much loved family home. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are amazing and there is room for many to sit comfortably. The eating space is wonderful, also.

Great house and great location. The house was very well stocked. The rooms were great. We really couldn't have asked for anything better. We scheduled our vacation next year for the same house. We couldn't be happier.

Great vacation with disappointments

Location great … beach and privacy great….large and plenty of space … has all the things for a great vacation …… just in horrible need of a good deep cleaning and some desperately needed up grades … we had a glorious family vacation because we were together just a shame to see a place of that beauty not being kept to its potential.

Housekeeping & Maintenance Needed

Pros: large living spaces, screened patio, great beach location. All guests said the beds were very comfortable. A/C was great! Cons: there were ants one of the rooms, cobwebs in bedrooms/bathrooms, master bath toilet kept running, dirt behind doors, refrigerator was warm when we arrived so we dropped the temperature down. Took more than a day and 2 visits to resolve the issue. We had to call 3-4 times before we got someone out. Thankfully, we had a cooler and kept things on ice as long as we could. The maintenance person said he gets this call frequently on the refrigerator. Light bulbs out everywhere. Recliner wouldn't close, showers would leak out onto the floor. Dusting seemed nonexistent. There was no space for place our clothing. Every nook and cranny was filled with all kinds of stuff.

Horrible House - Would Not Rent Again. Others should avoid!

The house is in a good location with a great view. That is where the positives end. The house is filthy and run down. We could not even use one of the showers because it was so gross. We went to open a window and it fell out. When showering in one of the other bathrooms, the shower door fell off the track every time it was used. That bathroom was also not clean at all. The kitchen is very dated. The cabinets don't close, the drawers are hard to open, and so many more deficiencies, I can't even cover them all. The outdoor trash cans were not easily accessible and it was filthy and full of trash. When we went to use the grill, it was filthy and inoperable. The outdoor furniture is broken and worn out. And to make things even better, each time we sat on the back deck around happy hour time, the sprinklers would come on and we would be sprayed with mist. I complained to Nicole at the local rental company when we returned the keys. She said she was shocked but offered no apologies whatsoever. When I told her about the window falling out, she was not concerned whether anyone was injured, only asked whether the window broke. I told her she should check the place out to which she replied: "I don't have time to do that." I was embarrassed to have had guests stay there with me. Air B&B should be horrified to have this property in the portfolio. Awful experience.

Don't Do It!

My family and I have been renting properties for years and we are frequent renters (typically 4x per year) - unfortunately, this is the worst property we've ever occupied. Upon arriving the house was not cleaned and we walked into the mess left by the previous occupants. We called the property management office and we were told that they could send someone but it would be at least 1.5 hours. The cleaners did not finish until almost 9:00pm and we lost the whole evening. I was traveling with elderly parents who are not very mobile and our plan was to enjoy a meal at home and play games - well, that did not happen. Additionally, the house is old and many areas are in need of great repair (wish I could upload pictures!). In fact, two toilets broke during our three night stay. The owners stuff was everywhere - closets full, boxes under tables, clothes/shoes under desks - just awful. It is a shame as the location is perfect and the beach is beautiful. However, the house leaves MUCH to be desired. Lastly, the management company is terrible (Vacation Rentals Beach Properties). They were quite short (borderline rude) about the issues. We asked for a credit given that we lost a whole evening and they were to get back to us. Now, numerous phone calls and emails later - no response. Such a disappointing experience. We will never rent a home that this company manages. Overall, my advise - don't do it. Find another property to enjoy your vacation.

Oceanfront location was ideal for our spring break get-away!! It was nice to wake up to the ocean sunrise and be able to come and go from the beach as we pleased. The wildlife in the dunes was an added bonus(tortoises, bunnies and a friendly snake, oh my!) The kitchen is well equipped and the house is comfortable, however it’s obvious where the home has been renovated with upgrades and a few places that are in need of updating (lightbulbs out here and there; old bathroom tiles, minor maintenance repairs needed.) Overall a lovely place to stay and enjoy a pleasant beach vacation.

Interesting

We had a nice stay in this home. The pictures are true to the place. Think 70’s cabin/florida decor/beach decor. Lots going on. The home makes for interesting memories. Only draw back, I would ask the owners to look into the management of the cleaning. It was a tidy home, but the cleaning fee we paid was NOT utilized in return. There are some parts of the home, if it were just wiped down, would offset other things. Felt a little grimy. It’s is a beautiful location and the beach is amazing.
