Living space
This 2-bedroom lower-level duplex, originally built in 1922, blends classic architecture with thoughtful comforts. The open living room offers a comfortable place to unwind with an HDTV, while high ceilings and tile floors enhance the airy feel. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, extra pillows and blankets, and a calm setting for restful nights. A pack-n-play is available for families traveling with little ones.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether it’s a simple breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner at the dining table. You’ll also have access to a dedicated workspace and Wifi, making it easy to stay connected if needed.

Bathroom & essentials
The full bathroom includes a bathtub and bathroom essentials for your stay, along with added conveniences like a hair dryer, iron, and fresh linens. A washer and dryer are available, located on the rear porch.

Outdoor spaces
Enjoy time on the welcoming front porch with swing chairs, or step out back to the shared yard. This is renting just the downstairs unit, in which the backyard is now shared with the upstairs unit. The setting still offers a pleasant outdoor space to unwind after a day of exploring.

Access & amenities
Guests have a private entrance with self check-in via keypad, along with free parking on premises. Each property has its own private entrance, and there is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside, offering separation and privacy during your stay.
