1st Floor:
This home is perfect for multiple families. The 1st level has two bedrooms with king size beds and TVs. There is a workspace desk in one of the king bedrooms. 1 full shower bathroom, and a great room (living room, dining room, kitchen all open). The living space has a TV, dining table seats 9, kitchen island that seats 4, fully stocked kitchen, large sectional couch. The space also has a sliding glass door out to heated pool, spa, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining and lounge space.

2nd Floor:
The 2nd level has large Master bedroom with king size bed, TV, workspace with a desk, sliding door to cover deck access, and a full shower bathroom. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a full tub/shower combo bath. Spacious family room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and two chairs that make out to twin beds. The family room also as double sliding doors to two covered decks.

This home is not for large gatherings or parties.
The exterior property is monitored by cameras. For privacy there are NO cameras inside the home or on the pool/spa area. Pool is heated to 85 Oct-April. This is a non smoking home & premise which includes back yard and front porch areas.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Security deposit temporary Hold of $500 for any potential damages processed through vilano101

We had a group of six friends at this property. We absolutely loved it. The location was ideal. Quick drive into Saint Augustine and an easy walk across A1A to the ocean. Spent hours in the pool. They had plenty of Floaties and noodles. Kitchen was well equipped. Property was immaculate. Can’t say enough about this property.

We had a great time during our family birthday celebration. The location is perfect with the beach 3 blocks away and downtown 10 minutes aways by car. The house was so modern, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and house was well stocked with towels, kitchen needs, and beach amenities. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this property! It was spacious and updated, plenty of towels and household products. The pool, spa, and outdoor shower were awesome, and it was in a great location. It was so easy to check-in and the property manager was great to work with!

A great place to stay

Vilano Bliss was beautiful! There were 12 of us that stayed there, ranging in ages from the littlest at 2.5 to grandparents in their 70s. The house was comfortable, clean and there was plenty of space and amenities for all of us. We had a couple of small issues, but they were quickly resolved by the property manager and cleaning manager, which was great! The communication was open and friendly throughout our stay. The nearby beach was terrific. Quiet, not crowded and peaceful, it was a quick golf cart ride away, but we could have walked. (I’d recommend renting the golf carts though!) The pool was perfect, and the location gave us easy access to plenty of activities in both Vilano beach and St. Augustine. It was close to a Publix, which was convenient, and there were plenty of restaurants (and so many ice cream shops!) in nearby driving distance. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Vilano beach! We had 6 “kids” with us (2.5, 8, 16, 16, 22, 22) and they all had SUCH a good time…as did the rest of us!

July 4th Summer Family Vacation

We always go to the beach every July 4th with our children and parents. We loved the location. The neighborhood has 3 wonderful restaurants super close that we could take the golf cart to. We had enough room for each child to have their own bed or sleeping space and two master suites! The pool was a blast and the house was super close to the beach. The property manager was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The house was stocked with all kinds of necessities and a ton of pool towels. We couldn't ask for anything better!

Family Beach Vacation

Great property for a larger family. Ample hang out room to read, nap, relax. Fantastic kitchen and main living next to pool to do meals together. Walk to the beach is easy - out the door and hang a right just a couple of blocks. The beach there is not busy, very sandy and beautiful. Locally we at The Reef for lunch and get coffee at the Vilano Coffee Shop. Both were great.

90% Blissful

The interior of the property was blissful but there were a few minor problems. We didn't have hot water in the downstairs shower the first couple of days and there were active wasp nests on the back balcony, the outdoor rocking chairs had to be cleaned off before use and the pool would have been amazing except for the leaves that quickly accumulated each morning. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable with a huge gathering place. Even with the few problems, we would definitely stay there again. The property manager was great and took care of the situations as soon as we let her know about them.

Wondering house!

Great updated home that had everything you needed (pool and beach toys, beach chairs, bath/beach towels, etc). Pool and spa were used daily and just a short walk to the beach. Close to great restaurants and grocery. Owner was quick to respond to all of our many questions.

Nice, newer accommodation in a great neighborhood. Short walk to the beach, awesome pool area, nice hot tub and convenient outdoor shower. If I were to formulate any complaint it would be the water pressure, but the entire area seems to have the same issue. Excellent stay.

Beautiful House Great Location!

Our large family and extended family stayed while in town for a wedding! The house was exactly as listed and for our needs perfectly! The property manager was very responsive if we needed anything! The location was fabulous! We were close to the beach and within a few minutes of food, shopping, and downtown St. Augustine! Our only complaint is very minor, the cleaning company seemed to miss restocking some items or didn’t supply enough, such as toilet paper, wash cloths and towels in the kitchen and the breaker for the outlets in the master bathroom must have been flipped at some point because none of those outlets on the second floor worked and the breaker box is locked (understandable), but it did make it difficult to get the family ready for the wedding. Other than that, we were extremely happy with our stay!

Amazing stay!

Spacious, very nice and super comfortable house for a family group.! Tamara was great and always responsive, the house had everything that we needed and it’s only 12 min away from Downtown St. Augustine. It is nicely decorated, well kept and very inviting to just chillax and enjoy each other’s company. We had a blast at Vilano Bliss and we’d love to come back!

Beautiful home, but in need of some maintenance.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood, but the home is in need of some maintenance. The refrigerator was leaking, the hot tub and pool were cold (even though the owners insisted they were turned on and heated), and the screen around the pool were either damaged or missing (which is not easily noticed in the pictures). While the owners were responsive to messages, not much changed during our stay.

Family get away

We try to go somewhere warmer than home every Christmas. St. Augustine is where we went this year.. although weather didn't necessarily cooperate the accommodations where as pictured & a prefect fit for our family. Nice ammenities & extras like paper towels, laundry pods & trash bags (things not often included in other rentals we have stayed). We would definitely come back!

Great Stay!

Excellent communication, property as listed. Tons of space for us and perfectly located for the wedding we attended at The Carriage House. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and all activities. Comfortable beds and everything we needed was included. Really appreciated the two separate sitting areas. Would definitely stay again if our travels take us back to St Augustine!

Water pressure was low, washer made loud noises, tvs were difficult to maneuver, need more usable kitchen items, ants on counter each morning. Overall a great experience, enjoyed the pool.

Wonderful property for our girls' trip

I and 4 friends stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The house is in Vilano Beach, so it's quiet for when you want to relax, walkable to several beach access points (I recommend driving to North Shore Park and using the bridge if anyone in your group has mobility issues but can still do stairs as the sand at the other access points will be hard on them), and a very short drive to the Vilano Beach pier and Old Town. It looks exactly like the photos, and everything in the house worked as expected with minor exceptions (a TV not working and a tub draining slowly) that the property manager, Tamara, addressed very quickly. Tamara was really responsive and kind, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay!
