4th of July fun

Me and my 10 yr old daughter took a short vacation here. The location was perfect. Pool close beach close and restaurants close. Very convenient! The only thing I could say needs improvement is the description needs more details. I did know we had 2 burners for the stove or I would have brought food to cook. Also the dunes in front made it hard to see our beautiful view other than that Wonderful

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Beach and pool access was easy and close to our room. The view of the ocean from our room was excellent. We will be coming back again!

Great stay, perfect location!

We loved our stay! It was super clean, the front desk was nice, easy to access the beach, and in a great location! The view was amazing for watching the sunrise and the pretty skies of the sunset. We plan to come back! Only complaints are the bed is uncomfortable, the pillows are flat and the water pressure could be better. Beyond those, we enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Great place to stay! Cozy, clean, and beautiful beach.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here for our first anniversary! Such a quiet area, and just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine & many other attractions. Only downside - the pool was not heated as advertised, but besides that, we had a great experience.

Great beach location

I’ve stayed here before years ago and it’s been renovated since I stayed here before COVID. I love the location by the beach and the easy access to the pool. I did message the host three separate times and never received a response at all. I didn’t get any property access information until I got there and had to get it from the front desk. I even called before I left to make sure they had my booking and everything because I was nervous since the host never responded to any of my messages. The property is nice, but my only gripe is The shower curtain in the bathroom needs to be about six inches longer because water just spews out, even facing the spout towards the wall.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

This was our second time staying at this property. We are already planning next years stay. You won’t find a more reasonably priced condo right on the beach!! Friendly staff and easy check in and check out!

Best location!

This was honestly one of the best vacations I have had in a while. Location is near anything you can imagine and the people are so friendly. Beach access was great and everything was very clean. I plan on coming back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

As Shown Beachfront Comfy Accomodations

Please be aware this is a rental through the front office not a typical owner rental through VRBO (i.e. you will pay at the front desk upon check it and receive a room key and number then check out like a traditional hotel). However it was still a very nice experience with quality homey decorations that I would recommend.

Perfect for relaxation.

The condo was as pictured. The patio had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was a windy and rainy start but shaped up to be a perfect week. Could not have asked for more. We needed some down time and this was the perfect place for it! We enjoyed the nearby sights, beach and pool. Lots to do or not do. We had a nice relaxing time here, planning on coming back for another stay soon!

Beautiful property, mediocre communication

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Communication was sparse and less than an hour from our arrival I had to ask for check in info via the app because I never received any information.

Perfect for 2

The pictures of this place are spot on but the view of the beach is understated, it's amazing. We went down for my love's 40th birthday and ti.e away from the kiddos. It's an instant chill pill for those looking to relax. Loved every minute of it.

I do not like to leave negative reviews ,but I would not have stayed in this unit if I had read of a similar experience. The overall state of the complex was in need of updating and general maintenance. Paint peeling etc. Our unit was just ok. The floors were very, very dirty and you could not walk around without shoes on. The shower bathroom smelled like fish and there were little bugs in the kitchen. I would keep looking if you were coming to St. Augustine.

nice get away

It's a nice location if you don't mind being close to a public access point and an area where vehicles are allowed to park in designated spots on beach. The unit was nicely decorated and very clean, but small and really only best for 2 people even with a sleeper sofa. My daughter. didn't want to have to pull it out and in everyday so she just slept on sofa. The views from unit are wonderful, though we weren't really able to sit out on patio area that much due to smokers nearby. We seem to have that problem at times wherever we go. There's no access to beach from patio either so you can store your beach chairs out there but you're going to have to bring them back through the unit to the front door to get to bridge, though it is close which is a plus. We just hosed off our stuff so we wouldn't track too much sand in unit. Plenty of great places to eat nearby, but if you like to cook as well like us then bring your own pan. We made what was provided work, definitely better than nothing. Seeing that ocean everyday is really all that matters anyway so you will not be disappointed staying here.
