Atlantic View. This beachside tropical home boasts incredible proximity to the beach, a private heated pool and hot tub, fire pit, hammocks and a large, fenced in yard and pool deck all within a peaceful beach neighborhood. You will find this home perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Listen to the sounds of the ocean on the 2nd story screened in porch, search for shells and other treasures on the beach, or drive downtown to experience many wonderful local restaurants and shopping.

Just steps from the beach, this home is the perfect spot to unwind and relax with your friends and family.

Atlantic View sits on a large lot with a massive, heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, hammocks, and loungers. A newly done pergola with swing chair and hanging rope chairs, littered with flora and fauna give a nice shaded area to the side patio .Upstairs offers generous ocean views of the Atlantic and wonderful tropical ocean breezes. There is an upstairs screened and roofed balcony with table and chairs for eating and a wrap-around deck that continues around the south side of the home with steps down to the pool and huge backyard. The front of the home there is a secluded, fenced area with a 4 hole putting green, cornhole chipping game and some children`s golf and other fun games as well. There is no lack of things to do here! All rooms are crisp, clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Most guests find this home so comfortable that they feel right at home and never want to leave! You will definitely enjoy your stay here!

The new owners have gone overboard with so many new amenities that if you were here before you would not even recognize it! Besides redoing the entire backyard and adding all of the extras, including hot tub, hammocks, fire pit, and pool furniture, they have painted, landscaped, and replaced much of the furniture inside and out. There are plenty of beach toys, towels, umbrellas, chairs, and even a wagon to pull it all! The beach is located just across, really just steps to the walk over, the quiet, only slightly traveled street. You also have two bicycles to use during your stay. Pool floats and noodles also for backyard pool fun. Also new this year is the nice dry firewood that we supply for the firepit. You will enjoy this in any weather as the firepit adds ambiance to the already luxurious surroundings.

Ceiling fans are in all the rooms, mimicking the ocean breezes you get outside from the Atlantic, and 3 TVs are in the house for sports, your favorite series, or a good movie. Three generously sized bedrooms are downstairs, and the addition of the new queen-size Murphy bed makes sleeping accommodations for 12 comfortable and easy.

A new 6 foot high fence encloses the entire backyard making it perfect for corralling the children or for the dog lovers who bring their pets. Our goal is to make this a great vacation spot for family and friends. We are dog friendly which means you can bring one of your most favorite family members with you!

Atlantic View is located in a quiet little neighborhood nestled amongst the sand dunes and sea oats, all fronting the Atlantic Ocean, just steps (seriously, steps. Maybe 10?) from this great home. Because it is a residential and not commercial area, you will not be flooded with traffic or tourists and many times will have the beach all to yourselves.

Atlantic View is easy to remember because it literally sits on the street named Atlantic View. This street runs directly along the oceanfront, has beautiful fresh beach breezes, and offers a dune walkover to the ocean. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful that when there is even a slight surf you can hear the waves as they splash against the sandy shores. Enjoy Turtle nesting season from May through October and watch the miracle of the tiny hatchlings struggling to make their way to the ocean. In April and May we say goodbye to our Whale friends as they make their trip back home. In November we say hello again as they travel south to find warmer waters. They come back every year. Just as we hope you will!

To get around this cozy little community there are a variety of options. Walking is our favorite choice. First, take the dune walkway down to the ocean. Wear your flips because the sand can be hot!!! And bring footies for the pups. Once you are at the shore, the path you take is up to you. To the south is Ft Matanzas and to the north you have the St Augustine pier. There are literally miles of wide sandy beach front to stroll, and a choice in either direction is never a bad one. You will also love riding your bikes on the beach. Use the two we have left for you to enjoy! Parts of the beach are open to vehicles and you can purchase a beach pass at one of the stands leading on to the beaches if you would like to do that. There are lots of places to walk, bike or drive. The architecture varies as old cottage styled beach homes are scattered amongst the modern newer homes that have been popping up more and more, but still never cause it to lose that 1950`s nostalgic look. It is a wonderful place to stay and play!

No matter what time of year you visit, you will enjoy all that Atlantic View has to offer. Recently painted inside and one new element after the next, foosball recently added as well, you will find yourself right at home but in a most extraordinary location. The Atlantic Ocean!!! You can pinch yourself but you are not dreaming. This is for real and we are just itching to host you!

Dogs are welcome. There is a fee of $150 for one dog and $250 if you bring 2 dogs. All dog fees are nonrefundable. This must be disclosed upon booking.

Please leave sand outside by hosing off your feet before entering the home. Please also hose off all bikes and beach accessories before putting them away. We thank and appreciate you!

A car is necessary for longer trips to downtown (10-15 minutes), grocery shopping (2-5 minutes) and some of the many restaurants in town. Sightseeing is a must and you will need a car for this. But for a good old beach and pool vacation you are all set. Walking will get you everywhere for that!
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
Please lock the door each time you leave the property.
No shoes in the home please.
Parking is permitted in the driveway and in front of the home on the sand. There is no street parking.
Dogs are welcome. There is a fee of 150.00 for one dog and 250.00 if you bring 2 dogs. All dog fees are nonrefundable. This must be disclosed upon booking. There isn`t a fee for certified service animals but as a courtesy please let us know ahead of time if traveling with one.
Please bring all putters and golf balls in after use or at night.
Please leave sand outside by using the outdoor shower in the back of the home, before entering the swimming pool, hot tub, or home. Please also hose off all bikes and beach accessories before putting them away. We thank and appreciate you!
