Step inside the ground floor, where you`ll discover a secondary living area and dining space, complete with a convenient wet bar and mini fridge. Slide open the doors to access the inviting outdoor dining area and the spacious yard, creating the perfect setting for leisurely gatherings. Additionally, on this level, you`ll find a laundry room, two cozy bedrooms, and two fully equipped bathrooms.

Ascend to the second, or main, level, and you`ll encounter the heart of the home: a stylish kitchen seamlessly connected to a welcoming living area. This level boasts two generously appointed bedrooms and two pristine bathrooms. Step out onto the expansive deck, adorned with ample seating options, including a large couch and numerous bar stools, all offering stunning views of the ocean.

Venture to the third floor, where you`ll be greeted by a sprawling loft area. This versatile space features a comfortable couch, a functional desk, and three well-appointed beds, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation or work in a tranquil atmosphere.

Guests have access to the full home! There are a few locked closets for the owner and cleaners.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Parking is on the pavers or gravel, do not block the driveway for neighbors.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
