THE SKINNY: Thank you for your interest in this spectacular 4 bedroom 5.5 bath coastal gem! Only 400 steps to the beach access, where you can sink into the sand and enjoy the peaceful sound of the waves or take in the glorious sunrise on a morning walk. The abundance of included amenities with this rental are sure to lay the foundation for unparalleled memories. This waterfront home is situated in the treasured heart of Crescent Beach, FL. a luxurious residential strip of A1A that sits directly on the navigation canal with access to the Matanzas River and is parallel to the shores of Crescent Beach. Indulge yourself with a cup of coffee and a short walk (about .3 mile to walkover) to feel the cool morning sand in your toes and experience the peacefulness of a sunrise on the beach to start your day. After a day of exploration, golf, watersports, shopping, or relaxing by the pool; take a glass of wine out on the dock and immerse yourself in the tranquility of a sunset over the river.

The interior decor/design will give you no choice but to allow yourself to fully escape into luxe vacation mode. Amazing shaded patio & balconies, with a pool patio perfect for catching the sun. Enjoy the sparkling pool, lounge on the patio furniture, or play some outdoor pool, corn hole, or giant Jenga! The large open living floor plan creates a cozy atmosphere. The stately eat-in kitchen is truly stocked to allow you to entertain your whole group with ease or have our private chef cook FOR you! Dine outdoors while you observe the boats float by in the distance! Relax inside or outside, grab some gear and head to the sand, or take the car down to historic downtown St. Augustine (just 20 minutes away) for a day of active group fun. Enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun!

THE PROXIMITY: This house is located .2 miles from the Spyglass Public Beach Access, just 400 steps away! Drive-able within 12 minutes to the best parts of prime St. Augustine beach and a 20 minute drive north to historic downtown St. Augustine! A1A is our main commercial corridor, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds to the north. To the south of this home is Marineland and Palm Coast, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun, golf at The Hammock, Washington Oaks state park and overall an amazing area to explore! To the north of St. Augustine is the World Golf Village area and Ponte Vedra with its legendary golf courses and high end spas and retail. This home is less than 12 minutes from Publix grocery store.

THE SPACE: The home sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms with 3 King beds & 4 Twin beds (2 sets of twin bunks) and 5 full bathrooms plus a half bath! The kitchen is equipped to service your whole group and cook together or hire our private chef for a memorable night in! Enjoy an additional mini-kitchen equipped with a mini fridge for your poolside drinks. We have two indoor gas fireplaces for you to relax by! The pool patio boasts an in ground spa, a pool table, corn hole and life size Jenga for your enjoyment. The TV's have Live TV capability and are Smart TVs, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. A free access (via the app) Sonos sound system has been installed for piped-in music throughout the pool area, deck, kitchen and living room as well as primary bedroom, so play whatever tunes you like, or put on white noise at night for the perfect sleepy ambiance!

THE LAYOUT: This home has a solid 4/5.5 layout.
-PRIMARY BEDROOM and FULL BATH: King size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower (rain shower head) and deep soaking tub, located on 2nd floor (main level).
-GUEST BEDROOM 1: King size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower on ground level.
-GUEST BEDROOM 2: King size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower on 3rd floor level (must climb stairs).
-GUEST BEDROOM 3: Four twin beds (in the form of two bunk bed sets) and en suite bathroom with walk in shower on 3rd floor level (must climb stairs).
-5TH FULL BATH: Located on the ground floor level in the common area, situated for easy access when coming in from the pool or spa!
-HALF BATH: Located on the 2nd floor main level off of the main living room for ease.

AMENITIES: Sparkling blue pool (pool can be heated to 80 degrees *for a fee of $60/day or $350 per week* April 1 to October 1, then heat is turned off in the cold season. Spa heat is still available for a fee in cold season). Only steps to beach access! 4 Beach chairs. Outdoor dining area and lounge seating. Games (pool, corn hole, Jenga, board games). Sonos speaker system with free app access to control your music. 2 gas fireplaces. 2 open jet ski lifts. Fenced backyard. Driveway parking. Washer and dryer. Very nearby the boat ramp on Green Road.

OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for the length of your stay. Linens and towels are included.

PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking in the driveway & garage. Street parking is not allowed. Boat/trailer parking available.

LAUNDRY: We offer a set of washer and dryer. We provide starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.

HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a short drive south is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated near non-drivable beaches You can drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent, Matanzas, Washington State Park, or St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on.

TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.

Guest Access:
This entire house is included in the rental, Please make yourself at home!

The boat lift on the dock is occupied by the owner's boat, so it is not available for guest use.

Pool is heated seasonally to 80 degrees from April 1 to October 1 *for a fee of $60 a day or $350 a week*. Spa heat is available in cold season (November 1-March 31) for the heating fee.

There are outdoor cameras throughout the exterior of the property. There are no interior cameras.

BEACH GEAR: These items tend to accumulate from prior guests. We don’t inventory or replace beach gear items. If you want to leave anything behind for future guests, please feel free :)

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control and where applicable, pool cleaners. Some properties may have other service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job.

The Neighborhood:
Crescent Beach is a very eclectic local neighborhood! Feel like you are a true part of the St. Augustine community.

The boat ramp is a few miles north. Bring your boat and jet ski's along and drop them in conveniently, then store them in our gated driveway after a fun day on the water!

Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.

Nearby restaurants include Commanders (a local favorite for oysters and seafood) the Sand Bar and Crescent Beach Bar & Grill. One of my all time favorites is Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimichurri Steak Quesadilla and Jerk Chicken Tacos!

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

We can coordinate the delivery of a golf cart of jet-ski's for your stay! Please let us know if you would like this service provided.

Beautiful House but it wasn't ready for our visit

This Beautiful House was the perfect location for our family vacation; however, the Management company wasn't prepared for our stay.We received inaccurate directions for accessing the house and inadvertently triggered the alarm system.Construction workers arrived on the first morning of our stay, and we were unable to use the outdoor space due to the presence of machinery and the proximity of the work being done until 11 am.The Sonos system did not work in the 2nd-floor patio or the 1st-floor patio. The outdoor fans did not work on the 1st-floor patio. For the first day and most of the second day of our stay, there was no gas for the house, so we were unable to use the stovetop range and had no water for showers, as well as limited performance from the washer/dryer and dishwashers.In the listing, it states that it includes a bottle of fine wine; however, there was no amenity provided. We made the best of our stay and enjoyed the property as much as possible, despite all the issues. The Management company was responsive to our messages and did everything they could to make the situation as good as possible.It is unfortunate, as all of these issues could have been avoided if the management team had done their job correctly to ensure that the house was fully functional before our arrival. The lack of attention to detail was disappointing.
