Two homes, two distinct personalities, one welcome:

- Casita Augustina — a serene coastal cottage with a hidden courtyard out back. Fire pit at the center, hammock and swing under Spanish moss oaks, slow mornings made for coffee on the patio.

- Encanto — cheerful and full of color, plant-filled and bright. Each bedroom tells its own story, and the open green lawn behind the privacy fence is built for evenings that linger.

Both are minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, walking distance to local restaurants and shops, and a short drive to St. Augustine Beach, Anastasia State Park, and Vilano Beach.

A few notes:
Florida's wildlife is part of its charm. You may see lizards, mosquitos, and other residents of the local ecosystem. We use professional pest control and recommend keeping doors closed when not in use.

St. Augustine's historic train system passes through the city and occasionally brings the distant sound of trains — many guests find it adds to the character of the area.
