Overall staff was friendly and it would be a really nice hotel if repairs were made, water stained tiles need replaced, dinged or damaged areas need patched and painted,things dusted and cleaned to include the fake plants and water for the real plants dying in the pool house and outdoors. It's sad, there is some beautiful lanscaping that has been let go, left to die and nothing really being maintained.
Unfortunately I prepaid for breakfast for all of us per day and was told I couldn't be refunded due to booking through Expedia after finding all the hot food was cold. We didn't use but 2 of our tickets and were out the money for the rest.
We had no housekeeping the first 3 days and had to ask for fresh towels daily after using them for the shower leak even after talking with management. Our room phone didn't work so we had to go to the lobby several times. The week we stayed the beds were only made once, the room never vacuumed, swept or mopped and ran out of bodywash and had to ask for it to be filled when housekeeping failed to check or clean the room today as well as ask again for fresh and extra towels because even after maintenance came our shower leaked puddles daily every use.
After addressing all these things I still had to go down to the lobby again yonight my last night to requeat towels a bath matt and body wash that has been empty 2 days. We will try somewhere else next time.
