"Perfect stay for my partner and I. There's just enough room for 2 people, unless you have small children you don't mind sharing the King bed with. The arrival was a little confusing. We were told it was the door with the tree, however the tree was next to the main house door. The side patio, albeit private, was completely unusable. "We absolutely loved our stay! The space was comfy and cozy—far better than any hotel. It truly felt like we had our own place, and we hardly noticed the owners, though they were very attentive and provided excellent amenities. Vons Grocery is just a 5-minute drive away, which was convenient for picking up food. The house was spotless and had plenty of room for the two of us, but it would also be perfect for a small family with kids."

"The simple studio proved to be perfect for my needs and would work for 2. It was clean at arrival, quiet, private and the covered patio was a second room. "I kind of want to keep this place to myself but then that wouldn’t be fair! Great location. I love that it has parking in a garage. Wonderful accommodations. The king size bed is glorious. We were in San Diego when an earthquake happened and Ignat called and checked on us. Check in and check out process seamless and smooth. We can’t wait to return!"

"Good location, easy to find & lots of street parking. The property itself was beautiful with fruit trees and outdoor seating. Inside was decorated nicely and the layout made good use of smaller size. The flight path was not bothersome to us. The renters upstairs were heavy footed and kids running back and forth but no fault of rental unit owner. Nearby Olive Tree Market has amazing sandwiches. Lots to walk to and shop at near by!"
