"We were able to relax and enjoy nature all around us. The view was breathtaking and it so peaceful. Just what we needed. The home was completely stocked and ready for our visit. We would definitely consider returning here again one day. Our only drawback was not having a boat to enjoy more of the lake. But very grateful for the time spent there."

"We gave each of our grandkids an 'experience' for this past Christmas and our one grandson wanted to fish the Tennessee River. He and my husband, plus two very close family friends went for a 'guys' trip and they had a blast! The house had everything needed, the beds were comfortable, the dock was right there on the property, and the host was amazing and responded to any questions that we had. The lake is so beautiful and the marina just across the way were very easy to work with! Overall, 10!...

"Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. "Gnome Away from Home was a cozy tiny house. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The hostess was accommodating and had excellent recommendations for fishing and hiking spots. My pup especially enjoyed the farm. "

"We visited the area for a festival and picked this location since it was in-town and close to the festival. We stayed with some friends, and it worked out perfectly. This property was clean and clearly renovated. The furniture was tasteful and not cluttered (just what you needed for your visit). The AC worked well and the rainfall shower in the master bathroom was too relaxing (spent too much time in there). We did not use all the facilities available, because we were out most of the time...
