VILLA EDEN - SPERLONGA AREA

This charming, terraced villa sits in the hills of Sperlonga between Rome and Naples with an amazing view of the sea and the Pontine Islands. Located in a quiet residential complex, 9 km from the seaside town of Sperlonga, the villa makes a wonderful destination for a quiet holiday with friends or family. In Sperlonga, you can find shops and restaurants as well as a large sandy beach, and there are archaeological and tourist sites nearby. A car is recommended for travelling around the area.

Villa Eden consists of a main house (85 sqm) which develops over two levels (ground and first floor) and a dependence (15 sqm).

MAIN HOUSE (sleeps 5)

On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a French window which leads directly onto the terrace. In the living room, there is a sitting area (with double sofa bed), a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen area. On this level, you will also find a bathroom (with shower).

The ground floor is connected to the first floor by a spiral staircase. On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom with a balcony (with double bed with an electrically raised back), one single bedroom without a door but closed with a blackout curtain (with a single sofa bed) and a bathroom (with a shower cubicle).

DEPENDENCE (sleeps 2)

In the dependence (with independent entrance and air conditioning), you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa features sea facing terraces with panoramic viewpoints. Next to the villa, there is a shady outdoor dining area as well as a sheltered outdoor shower (with hot water), barbecue and outdoor washing machine. The sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrella) is accessed via steps from the main terrace and two reserved parking spaces are available within the complex.
