"We’ve just returned from Villa vagnoli!Wow what a lovely house in a lovely setting!!The road up to the house from Sperlonga was definitely an experience & for me (being afraid of heights!) was hair raising-but you got used to it!! The market was sweet on a Saturday morning too!!Stewart was a great host-always on hand to answer any questions!!Through his advice we got the train to Rome from Fondi & took a boat trip to Positano & Amalfi (rather than drive the road in August!) But we need to go...

"The kids had a blast in the pool. Great for a big group. We had to share rooms as a family it wasn’t a big deal. But if you need separate rooms just request them.I missed the fine print on that.Giulia is fantastic - just let her know what your needs are"

"Gennaro went above and beyond to be sure we have a great time at the property,he speaks English. The house is warm and welcome, the garden was our relaxing place after a busy day at the beach(10 minutes walking distance to the sea where there are plentiful of beaches with sunbeds, there are a few free beaches too,there is a total of 4km of sandy beach). The sea was amazing, safe for kids.My only recommendation would be to get plenty of insect protection Everything else was just what we needed...

"Es ist eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft an einem sehr ruhigen Ort die Unterkunft ist 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt wir haben uns wohl gefühlt als Familie ."

"Un agréable séjour de 7 nuits chez Barbara, Massimo et Alice qui nous ont très bien accueillis. Le logement est spacieux, comfortable avec une piscine très appréciable par ces températures !Proche des plages comme nettuno ou latina ainsi que de la gare pour ce rendre à Rome ! Un grand merci à babar à et Massimo pour leur disponibilité pour nos questions et leurs efforts pour nous comprendre . Nous le conseillons vivement ! "

"Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. The pool is fantastic to relax but also large enough to do some actual swimming, and we were very happy that it contained salt instead of chloride. Check in and communication was very easy and many tips to make it an unforgettable two weeks. We...

"Our stay was great.We were there for a week with 9 people.The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax.If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay.The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered...

"Die Unterkunft war super schön und sehr sehr sauber. Es war an alles gedacht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind durch unsere Flugverspätung erst spät abends angekommen und sind trotzdem herzlichst empfangen worden. Während dem Aufenthalt haben wir viele tolle Tipps der Gastgeber bekommen.
