"Smooth and straightforward check-in process. They were accommodating to our schedule and communicated everything in a timely manner. House was clean and everything looked as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with up to date appliances and plenty of utensils which was a nice surprise. Plenty of space for 7 of us, would suggest bringing an air mattress though if with a larger party. Overwhelming positive experience overall. "

"I had another wonderful stay here. As always, the house was immaculately clean, super comfortable and enjoyable. The host has excellent communication and does a great job. The property is so beautiful in the summertime. I did not realize how gorgeous the landscaping was as I had been there in winter before. The lilies are just gorgeous and smells so good. The whole property is really lovely. I like the little fenced in patio area with the fire pit and seating a lot. Look forward to staying here...

"Matt was extremely cooperative and always available for any questions we had. The house was totally stocked with everything one might need in case you forgot something. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the perfect size for a large family getaway. The fact that it was pet friendly was very important to us."

"Mini family vacation. The property was pleasant and convenient to the Museums and Zoo.This is not specific to this stay, but I wish the fees would be available prior to the booking/ payment process. We had to stop the booking of a different property for this trip when the hidden fees more than doubled the cost of the rental."

"This place was perfect. Easy walking distance to nearby restaurants, movie theaters, groceries, etc. in downtown West Hartford. The place had everything you could think of, from kitchen utensils, kitchen basics (oil, salt/pepper, coffee, etc.), even some nice touches like charger plugs on every nightstand. Just a real easy and pleasurable experience. If I could buy this house, I would."

"The home was an easy drive to U of Hartford, graduation downtown & the airport. It fit our family of 6 adults well & the property manager was quick to address our needs. While an older home with ongoing repairs, it was comfortable and secure, provided air conditioning & everything we needed in the kitchen. Overall, it was a good choice for graduation week events & we would recommend this home to others for a pleasant stay."

"Well, the title says it all beautiful rooms, beautiful furniture, great kitchen, tons of room wonderful outdoor space took advantage of the fire pit didn’t get a chance to go on the lake as we were on another lake, but all their amenities just looked amazing.
