We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. "

"A beautiful Oceanside villa to enjoy for a weekend getaway. Comfortable accommodation with a fireplace and jetted spa. Easy check-in provided by a lockbox near the front door, which is particularly useful if checking in late at night. Highly recommended!"

"The amenities were in good condition.We were not able to access WiFi despite keying in provided codes.Also we were not able to get free to air TV.Outlook was poor - onto paling fences.Better planting in big pots outside would make a huge difference as the entrance to the property is disappointing.Car parking is awkward."
