The open-plan living and dining area creates a relaxed central space, complete with TV, DVD player, stereo, and split-system heating and cooling for year-round comfort. Glass sliding doors open to a leafy, private courtyard with outdoor seating and a BBQ—ideal for unwinding or dining outdoors in the fresh sea air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, and microwave, and connects to a practical laundry with washing machine and dryer for longer stays.

Two light-filled bedrooms each feature queen beds, while the central bathroom includes a shower, separate bath, vanity, and toilet, offering both comfort and convenience.

Outside, the secure courtyard provides a peaceful spot for fresh air and is well-suited to small or older dogs. A lock-up garage is also available for a small vehicle, adding extra ease during your stay.

Pets are welcome, with up to two well-behaved dogs permitted at no additional cost. Please bring your own pet bedding, bowls, and towels.
Parking: The garage is accessed via a shared driveway. While suitable for most vehicles, manoeuvring space can be limited at times, particularly for larger 4WDs and SUVs.
