It is within 45 minutes from Daylesford, Ballarat and Geelong or the city of Melbourne.

There are nice trees around the area and is very family friendly, with a kindergarten in close proximity and a playground within walking distance. The area is continuing to be developed and pleasing to the eye, with a new building across the road.

The villa is easily accessible by car or transport to the local area, including major stores, local cafes and restaurants. It is also walking distance from a supermarket, pharmacy and doctor.
