This place is in a great location and a really short walk from the center of all of the touristy stuff (shops, restaurants, art shops, and tons of silly people to watch) one could want. The thing is that the house is off of the main roads and traffic routes so itā€™s quiet and peaceful. Itā€™s the perfect size and has most of the kitchen utensils youā€™d expect making food prep easy. Overall, a great place to stayā€¦check it out.

We enjoyed our stay for the July 4 week in Southport. The house was a lovely, cozy, cool place to stay after the heat of the day. The kitchen was well equipped, and they even had a few extra things for you until you could get to the grocery store. I was worried about the parking situation, but it all worked out and we had plenty of room. The neighbors who live around the area are friendly, and even though the houses are together, you still feel your privacy. You are within walking distance or a bike ride to all the fun activities in Southport. Rooms have a full or queen size bed. There is no dishwasher. We enjoyed the patio and decided to put up our tent for the beach on the patio area to keep the sun off and enjoy it during hot days. So consider bringing an extra canopy for the patio if you want to enjoy it and not have the sun beating down on you. We would stay here again. The birds were so lovely. A great place.

We rented this cottage for a weekend trip to the coast. I was wonderful. The house was exactly what we expected. It was not too far from the water, shopping or great food. I would highly recommend this house.

Well equipped home. All the comforts of home. Easy and seamless check in and check out process. Walking distance to numerous restaurants/bars and downtown area. Exceptionally clean and beautiful neighborhood. Perfect get away.

The proximity to the marina made it super convenient to use our boat. Itā€™s a nice place for a small family that we will most likely stay at again. The only downside is that the property shares a driveway with two other properties but we were able to work around it.

The property is very clean and the room(s) are spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all the items you might need. The outdoor deck area is inviting and the neighborhood is very quite. That said, the best thing about this property is its location, which is within a short walk to restaurants, shops, fishing piers, and some of the most quaint streets in Southport. My wife and I highly recommend this property.

The check-in/out process was very simple and convenient. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. Location is perfect with walking distance to many great restaurants and a quick drive to other destinations. This was our first time in Southport and it did not disappoint - thank you to Heather and Southport Realty for being wonderful hosts!

Loved the cottage and we love Southport. Unfortunately, the weather was not good this weekend so we didnā€™t get out much. The cottage was very tidy tho and offered a cozy place to warm up after my race in Oak Island.
