Our pet-friendly policy ensures that every family member can share in the enjoyment. Easily transition from poolside relaxation to beachside adventures with direct beach access and beachfront showers. Stay connected with wireless internet in each unit while immersing yourself in the island atmosphere. Prepare delicious meals in fully equipped kitchens complete with a range, refrigerator, and microwave. Step onto your expansive private balcony or patio to bask in the gentle Gulf breeze. With additional perks like a guest library, laundry area, and complimentary on-site parking, your stay at The Tiki guarantees comfort and convenience at every turn.

Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether youā€™re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.

Guest Access:
At La Copa Vacations, each Tiki Condominium is secured with a digital keypad. Once you've submitted all required documents and paid the fees in full, you will receive an email with a unique access code and instructions, valid until 11am on your check-out date.

The Neighborhood:
The Tiki Condominiums, a beachfront complex located adjacent to Bar Louie and the Courtyard by Marriottā€™s Beach Bar, place you minutes from South Padre Island's favorites like Barryā€™s Bistro and On the Border Tex-Mex Cantina. Nearby are Claytonā€™s Beach Bar, the Sea Turtle Conservatory, and the Birding and Nature Center, with boat docks and the Convention Center also close. The Tiki is near 'the flats', a renowned kite-boarding launch area.

Getting Around:
Effortlessly experience South Padre Island with the complimentary South Padre Island Metro, ensuring convenient access to various parts of the island. Plus, utilize the 'Park and Ride' facility situated in the southern part of town. Additionally, Gulf Blvd. is well-known for its bike-friendly pathways, presenting yet another convenient transportation option for your island explorations.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy complimentary breakfast every morning for two at Sand Rose Resort, located at 7000 Padre Blvd.

Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $50 plus taxes per pet.

We stayed for the month of January. The space was clean and quite. Some updates are needed and kitchen utilsels , pots and pans need an update for extended stays if you are doing much cooking, The Tiki is very well located for close by places to eat and live entertainment.

This experience exceeded our expectations. It was a clean, quiet property with beautiful landscaping. The condo was spacious and beautiful, perfectly accommodating us and our pets. On the north (quieter) end of the island, a quick drive from the busier areas. Easy beach access. We loved it and this will be our first choice for all future trips to South Padre!

Perfect location and close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Take a pair of sweats for the room if youā€™re going to be inside for an evening. I understand that because of the humidity the temperature needs controlled but was chilly after all day in the sun.

Lots of small maintenance problems with the condo such as loose hinges on bathroom door sliding glass door not sliding elements on stove not plugged in otherwise free breakfast in the morning was great and housekeeping was good

Customer service was excellent and the condo was clean. The location is right on the beach, which was very convenient. Cons were that the condo is small and only has 2 full size beds in the bedroom. My hubby and I slept uncomfortable as did my two teens on the other full size bed. The futon in the living room pulls out but is a twin size when turned into a bed. The unit does not have a washer/dryer or dishwasher either

My family and I enjoyed our stay. What we really enjoyed was the friendliest of the staff. And being pet friendly, that was great. My only recommendation was to add a dish drainer to the sink. And add hooks on the patio to hang wet towels

Awesome location! Beach was in perfect distance for us and out two little ones. We enjoyed the pool being so close to our room as well. Every employee we came across were very friendly and nice. Definitely would book again!

When booking it online I didnā€™t realize the property was on the second floor and the view was of the Courtyard hotel wall. I did appreciate being on the top floor however as there wasnā€™t any noise above us ( Iā€™d lived in an apt before). This condo is close to one of the two pretty pools. The condo and area were quiet and respectful, perfect for rest and rejuvenation. The grounds were kept immaculate The persons maintaining the property were simply lovely, very kind. It is a short walk to the beachšŸ‘ The linens and beds very comfortable šŸ‘

A beautiful little space for two or three adults, except it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I would stay again, but would bring my own cleaning supplies.
