Our Surfside I condo unit 303 is less than 1 block to the beach in a well kept
complex with an included.1 car garage. Easy & free public beach access just
down the street makes taking your family to the beach a snap here.
This condo is super clean and ready for you and your family. We have tried to
make it super family friendly and enjoyable for you.
This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo is on the 3rd floor. that has 100% brand new
furniture as of Jan 15 2024 including all new paint and fixtures. Featuring
fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep, an in unit washer & dryer, and many
beds to accommodate families.
As you walk thru the front door, you will walk thru the front door, you will
see the spare bedroom to the left, storage & laundry room to right, and open
concept kitchen that flows to the living room and patio.
The patio is one of the highlights of the property overlooking the courtyard &
community (heated) hot tub area with nice furniture to enjoy morning coffee or
sunset margaritas.
The master bedroom has an en suite half bath with sink and stool - features a
King Bed and new flat Smart TV. The spare bedroom has an adult sized bunk bed
with full sized mattresses as well as a pull out trundle bed under for a total
of three beds .The living room also has a pull out couch making for an
incredible amount of sleeping space allowing up to 8 total guests.

This room also has a smart TV flat screen for wind down movies for the kiddos
at night.
We do provide cable TV to the new large smart TV in the living room, but the
other bedrooms have smart TVs only for apps. We have the fastest available
spectrum internet / wifi at the property.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up
Other unique features of this property would be the convenient 1 car garage on
the ground level for beach gear or parking, as this is a walk up 3rd level
with no elevator. There is assigned free parking for 2 total vehicles off the
street.
The property grounds feature a property use pool & heated hot tub in the
courtyard for guest use. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have
questions prior to booking. it is important to read all house rules prior to
booking and ask before you book - not after.
Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre
Blvd with a public staffed office 9:30 am to 4:30 pm daily.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels,
basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags,
coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and
not unlimited nor re supplied.
This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made
on Airbnb:
1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1
time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure
against damages
OR
You may choose to do a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. You must do one
or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again,
these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict
on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or
older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to
booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes
with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached
photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre
Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign
prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide
your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb
messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do
NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible
with additional requirements
During March spring break, there is a non refundable $25 HOA (homeowners fee)
per person for security wristbands you must pay to stay at the property, there
are no exceptions.
City of South Padre Rental License available upon request.
**Special Terms for Spring Break Dates: March 8 through March 23**
Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable
damage deposit. This is per HOA requirements.
