Please note that the Suntide II HOA has scheduled major structural repairs on some Gulf balconies.
The work is scheduled from May 4th to May 22nd. Condos can still be occupied, but guests should be aware of potential noise and dust around the property during the day.
Important: If a guest's unit balcony is under repair or is located beneath a unit being repaired, access to that deck will be closed off during those dates.

The inviting guest bedroom features two full-size beds to ensure a restful sleep. Additional amenities include a three-drawer dresser, a flat-screen TV, and a small walk-in closet. Freshen up in the attached guest bathroom, which features a tub/shower combo, a five-shelf linen closet, a large marble vanity, and plenty of drawers to store toiletries.

The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers various activities to make your day fun. Enjoy a thrilling tennis game at the court above the parking lot. Lounge by the pool or unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy direct ocean access to the beach; if you so choose, stop for a game of sand volleyball.

- We strictly enforce guest capacity.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
