All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

Construction Notice: Saida III is scheduled for exterior concrete repairs and painting from September 17, 2026, through early March 2027. Work will progress around the building in sections, generally beginning on the parking-lot side, moving to the beachfront balconies from mid-November through mid-January, and finishing on the right end wall. During active work, guests may experience construction noise, dust, barricaded areas, and scaffolding or workers outside windows and balconies. Due to the size and scope of this project, we are unable to provide an exact schedule for specific area or balcony closures at this time. Dates are approximate and may change due to weather or project conditions.

You'll enjoy the generous countertop space as you whip up your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The dining table seats 6 guests comfortably, and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed to ensure a restful sleep. Belongings can be stored in the multi-drawer dresser and closet. Guests staying in this room will enjoy having a flat-screen TV to watch a show. Freshen up in the spacious guest bathroom featuring a large vanity with storage for personal belongings below. The beautifully tiled walk-in shower is very welcoming at the end of the day to relax your tired muscles from a fun day exploring the island.

- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.
