The Space:

Seabreeze Serenity has been recently renovated and thoughtfully updated for comfortable South Padre Island vacations, combining refreshed interiors with an exceptional location just 0.1 miles from the beach. The home offers four bedrooms, multiple bunk beds, three full bathrooms, generous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and a private pool and hot tub — making it especially well suited for larger families and groups.



The main living area features a large open layout with comfortable seating, a huge sectional, Smart TV, and easy access to the newly remodeled kitchen and dining areas. Air conditioning on the main and upper levels helps keep the home comfortable throughout your stay.



The completely remodeled kitchen is designed for gathering and entertaining, with updated finishes, stainless steel appliances, an electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals for a large group. A large breakfast bar opens to the main living area, while the dining table seats 10–12 with the table extension and additional chairs available from the game room.



The primary suite is located on the upper level and features a king bed, twin day bed with twin trundle, private balcony with sitting area and peak ocean views, and a newly renovated private bathroom. The additional remodeled full bathroom provides another refreshed space for guests on the main level.



The garage game room gives everyone another place to spread out and have fun, with a pool table, air hockey/ping pong table, Pop-A-Shot basketball games, and a 75" TV. It's an especially fun space for kids and groups, while the home's multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas give everyone room to enjoy the vacation at their own pace.

Our home is perfectly situated for your family to enjoy everything South Padre Island has to offer with ease. You can take a short walk to the beach, family friendly restaurants, cafes, and local shops in just a few minutes. If you want to explore further, you can rent a golf cart nearby for a fun family outing. We provide free parking on site for up to four vehicles, and a free charger for your EV. Please note that street parking is not permitted, and the most convenient way to reach us is by driving from the major regional airports.
