Sapphire is the tallest and most luxurious complex on the Island, offering

more amenities than any other. When you cross the causeway bridge from the

mainland, the lit-up teal towers are unmistakable—this is where you will be

staying!



Take your experience to the next level on the exclusive 17th floor—way, way

up!



You will enjoy 2 covered or surface free parking spaces in the garage and

access to EV chargers for your Tesla or electric vehicle. There is a 3-night

minimum stay at Sapphire, and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old,

with a max of 8 guests.



This condo is in the South Tower on the 17th floor, offering spectacular

oceanfront views of the beach, and the SpaceX launch site to the south

(visible from this condo). This is one of the most exclusive spots to view a

live rocket launch, possibly in the world.



This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features an open concept kitchen with a fully

equipped layout, including pots, pans, dishes, etc., leading to the living

room and patio with ocean views. High ceilings, tile floors, and ample bedding

accommodate up to 8 people.



For your convenience, the condo has a washer and dryer. The master bedroom

suite also has its own beach view, and includes a large bathroom with a garden

soaker tub, frameless shower, and walk-in closet



For work or fun, there is high-speed internet and smart TVs.

Please note - unregistered guests are not allowed at this property and there

is no wiggle room on guest registration as wristbands are used, and a max of 8

are issues. You are also not allowed to rotate nor change named guests.

This luxury property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600

Padre Blvd, with separate staff to assist you.

Finally, two E-sign agreements are required prior to check-in. These are

emailed to you for electronic signature. One is the rental agreement. The

second is the property HOA agreement that needs all names and vehicle

information before check-in.

Door codes are provided on the day of check-in via text message before 3 pm.



If you are not 25 years old we cannot rent you this property. After you make

booking, you will be billed a $58 per day resort fee the property charges.



Please contact us before making a reservation, not after, regarding the above

stipulations, as we have a strict cancellation policy. We fully disclose this

prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules,

as well as submit a Docusign rental agreement contract with a photo ID to

verify age. This is not optional.



Our Short Term Rental License from the City of South Padre Island is available

upon request.

We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels,

basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags,

coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and

not unlimited nor re supplied



YOU CANNOT have more than 8 people here. An infant or baby is considered a

person—no exceptions, sorry and must register at front desk upon arrival as

well as get your parking permits. They issue key cards for front door entry

**Special Terms for Spring Break Dates: March 8 through March 23**

Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable

damage deposit. This is per HOA requirements.
