A fantastic place to spend your beach vacay. We have just completed updating and it's perfect for a family or two couples. Two king bedrooms with en suite baths & a sofa sleeper will accommodate 6 comfortably. An air mattress is available if there are extra kids as we are allowed 8. We have plenty of extra blankets & pillows.
You will love the 2 balconies. the beach facing balcony is in front of the living & dining area & is the perfect place to read the latest best seller, or just listen to the waves as you enjoy your favorite tropical beverage. Our bay side balcony off the front bedroom is a great place to watch the sunset and fireworks.
The beach is just a short walk through the gated pool area down the sand path . Take in some vitamin D lounging at the pool area or enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. To make your beach trip even better, we have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a small cooler and sand toys for fun beach days.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You may even enjoy it with the reflection of the beach in the mirror behind the sink. A washer & dryer is in the unit also so no need to over pack. We provide plenty of big, soft towels.
Both bedrooms have comfy king beds with nice cotton sheets, private bathrooms, 32" TVs and DVDs.
Florence II is a small complex and lends a more personal feel to your time here. You won't get lost in the big resort shuffle!
We are on the north side of the island, which is away from all the hustle & bustle but still walking distance to many places.
The Island Metro, SPI's free bus picks up right in front of the condo and operates until 9:00 pm.

Florence II is a family-oriented complex. During Spring Break guests must be over age 25 or traveling as a family unit of parents with children. These dates change each year. Please reach out prior to booking if you need more info about dates.

Your digital signature is required on our rental agreement. The rental agreement signature request link will go out to you right after booking. Self check in entry instructions and door code will go out 24 hours before arrival provided you have previously signed the rental agreement.
All guests must adhere to the rules of the building which are located inside the condo.
Please be considerate of others in the building.
Guests must not exceed 8 persons.
Pets are not allowed at this building.

Check out: 11:00 am or before
Parking: This condo has a reserved space. One parking permit is provided in the condo. There are a few unreserved guest parking spaces. There is also parking along Gulf Blvd. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second permit, please request it ahead of arrival so we can have it in the condo for you. Do not park in another reserved space or you may risk having your vehicle towed.
Starter supplies provided: Coffee filters, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, an extra trash bag. Each bathroom has hand soap, a small bath soap, small shampoo, 2 rolls of TP.
No food items are in the condo.
Towels: Please do not use white towels to remove make up or clean shoes, cars etc. Soiled and lost towels will be charged to you.

Family trip with teens

Clean and roomy property. Plenty of beach and bath towels. Well stocked kitchen with good ice maker in freezer. Everything needed for the beach-chairs, umbrella, boards, sand toys. A/C is cold. We drive, but could fly in with only a suitcase of clothes and be set for the trip. Easy walk to Wanna Wannaā€™s or Claytonā€™s for frozen drinks. Always a good stay with The Condo Ladies!!

Somewhat disappointed.

The condo was clean and the kitchen was nice, both bedrooms and bathrooms were nice but the condition of the living room walls were terrible, the ceiling in the dinning room in the corner was coming down, the trim on one side of the slider was gone and looked like it might have had mold and the balcony wasnā€™t the best condition either. The one end of the balcony was being held together by a zip tie. Iā€™m sorry but unless the place is fixed up I would never stay there again. It also had a strange odor.

Great vacation

This property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the swimming pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of sand and shells. We cooked several meals in the kitchen. We added to the sand castle toys and left them for the next family. Bring your own coffee! Other than that I would book again.

Great girls trip

We had an excellent stay at this property! The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. The house was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal preparation a breeze. Additionally, the provided beach supplies were incredibly helpful, as it meant we didn't have to pack as much. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, loved that they had so many beach towels and towels for the shower. The kitchen was so nice and complete. The mattresses were super comfortable. 1 thing we wished was different, was more light in the living room area/kitchen and also lights in the balcony. Also, please provide a sponge to wash the dishes. We had an issue with the machine thay helps with condensation, but it happened the night we left. Also we had 2 rainy days, and we had about 4 leaks in the dining area. We got to the condo and all the dining room floor had water and food we brought to prepare got wet (had to throw some away). Overall, we would stay again. It was worth it.

Very close walk to the beach. Plenty of shower towels, they supplied chairs and boogie boards for the beach, everything you need to be able to cook. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. Best condo I've stayed in so far. Very clean. Elevators and carts to carry your belongings upstairs. 10/10 recommend.

Great Location for Fully Enjoying the Beach

A beach-front view and easy access to come and go makes all the difference when you're at the beach. The apartment was very well outfitted for beachgoers and access, and even when we were inside, the view couldn't be beat. The sunrises were spectacular.

Couch needs replacement. You sit down and cushions slid from underneath you. Made watching tv very uncomfortable. If you're in a truck you will have troubles parking. Made me so nervous! I don't recommend it.

Spring 2023

Condo was clean and as pictured on the VRBO site. The washing machine was not usable, and never got fixed during our stay, which was disappointing. Parking was difficult in designated parking space with a pickup truck, but fortunately we could park outside. Pool was chilly, but we were happy to go in the hot tub instead. Very close to the beach with a lovely view. Having a kitchen counter cleaning product would have been nice to have. Overall a good trip.

Great Place!!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It has a very nice ocean view. You get to the beach in no time. The apartment is well organized and equipped. I was very satisfied. My only critique is that this listing was advertised as having a heated pool. I chose this specific one because I knew spring break can be cold sometimes, so with the ā€œheated poolā€ kids would have something to do. However when we got there the pool was not heated, and the weather was cold. The only option available was a hot tub and it was packed with people because it was cold outiside. This might be an issue unrelated to the building and not the people who put the listing. Itā€™s just that the listing shouldnā€™t advertise a heated pool. Thatā€™s all Other than that the apartment is fantastic! Highly recommended!

Nice Beachside Condo

This condo is in a great location in town and is right on the beach. It is comfortably furnished and nicely maintained. Having two master suites is a bonus when two couples are traveling together, as we were. A couple of the lamps needed new lightbulbs, which we couldnā€™t find. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bathrooms have extra towels. There are also several beach towels, which was great to have, plus beach chairs, etc. All in all a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Great once you get past the hallway!

Parking a larger vehicle in the garage was difficult, but we were able to park outside of garage along the street. When we got off the elevator we were unsure if we were gonna stay, kinda shady in the hallway. We opened our door & everything was just as mentioned on site. So look past the hallway area! If we come back to SPI, we will be staying here again.

From the ease of the check in process to the help with items we accidentally left behind; this property is managed by true professionals. The space itself is top notch. Youā€™ll enjoy the balcony, beach and pool during your stay. Youā€™ll find the space looks exactly like the pictures. The beach is just steps away from the unit and youā€™ll enjoy it with chairs, canopy and toys provided by the management team. We will definitely be booking again. Five stars all around!!
