The perfect beach vacation awaits you in our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the well maintained beachfront Sea Vista complex which is next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Beach and Water Park). If your timing is right, you can also see a SpaceX launch from the main balcony. The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, secure on site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our beautifully decorated 2nd. floor condo has it's own outside entrance. There is no elevator access. The living room has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows with the most breathtaking view of the dunes, surf and the jetties. You could be sitting on the main deck enjoying your favorite beverage, feeling the gentle gulf breezes while watching an amazing sunrise or watching ships come and go through the channel.Both guest bedrooms have new plush queen size mattresses, dressers, closets for hanging, ceiling fans and sitting areas. These bedrooms are pool side and have access to a small balcony. We also provide a Pack-N-Play with the linens for your little one. The main bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower. The 2nd. bathroom has a tiled tub/shower combination. All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury towels and linens. Paper products, soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided to get you started. The large dining room table seats 4. The newly remodeled kitchen has a beautiful quartz countertop which includes a breakfast bar with additional seating for 3. This fully equipped kitchen includes all new appliances... range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with an ice maker. It is stocked with high quality dishes, glassware, pots and pans and a good supply of herbs and spices. As well as several small appliances to enhance your gourmet cooking pleasure. To increase your vacation enjoyment, there are 3 flat screen TVs and a DVD player. Spectrum Cable and password protected WiFi internet are both provided. There is a full size washer and dryer located inside the condo for your convenience. Laundry products as well as paper towels and trash bags are provided to get you started. For your beach time pleasure we provide beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for building that amazing sand castle. As a guest of Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn Water Park) tickets at the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd. Relax and enjoy your vacation.
There is a 6% State Occupancy Tax and an 8.5% City Occupancy Tax, a 2% City Venue Tax and a .5% County Venue Tax which is included in the quote.

Fantastic 1st time to S Padre

We had a fantastic trip and most of it was due to the condo and how easy it was to access the beach from the building. We had everything we needed in the condo and it was so nice not to have to pack beach towels and beach stuff. Came back from the beach without a car full of sand! My son played the national anthem on his trumpet from the balcony during the fireworks and several of the surrounding condos clapped for him. Super nice atmosphere. Would definitely stay here when we come back.

Great Summer Vacation Stay!

Loved the Condo

My entire family took a trip to SPI from Bryan/College Station Tx,,,18 of us! My brother and Sister-in-Law and I stayed in your condo! It was perfect in every way! Funny that my daughter(Kim Hill), her husband Jeff and their two kids stayed in your condo the same date in 2012. They were also on this trip in a different condo at Sea Vista. A very pleasant trip for us all! Thank you!!

Nice view and comfortable condo

Comfortable place to stay in a nice community. Grounds were well maintained. Pool was warm and hot tub hot. Kitchen was well stocked with crockpot, pots, pans, plates, etc. Highly recommend.

Beach Rental Bliss

We LOVED our stay at this condo. The property was very clean and there were ammenities in the place you don't find in most rentals (like a fully, and I mean fully, stocked kitchen). Even though we had noisy neighbors, you couldn't hear them from inside the unit. We were within walking distance of the beach and had access to convenient clean-up stations. My husband and I agreed that we would love to rent this property again. P.S. my daughter loved all of the beach-themed lamps :)

Perfect Location, Excellent Hosts

The unit is immaculately clean and beautifully updated. It is adequately stocked with soap, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and paper goods. The hosts are friendly, easy to reach, and quick to respond with any questions you might have. The beach location on the south end of the island is perfect, much less crowded than other beaches. This was our first trip to South Padre, and we look forward to staying here again.

This condo is a great location. You get a view of Isla Blanca park instead of hotels. The unit was SPOTLESS. It was very well stocked and Becky is a great host. The beach access is so easy and the staff is great. The other guests were families and it was quiet and relaxing at night. I would definitely stay here again

Family Getaway

The owner Becky is extremely responsive and helpful with last minute booking. The home was very well stocked and immaculate. Location was very relaxing with unobstructed view of the dunes on southern end of island. Very easy access to the beach for our little ones, way less crowded in comparison to what we saw up the beach, and the pool is located directly outside the unit for a swim after the beach. We look forward to a return trip!

The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was steps away from the pool and the balcony had a great view of the ocean. The view from the balcony was very private since there are no condos facing this unit. I would stay again.

Great Location

This has been the best stay for us in SPI so far. The unit is located in the last condo before the jetties. Facing south, the view on the balcony is uninterrupted to Isla Blanca and the jetties. Unit is well appointed, clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. We spent most of out time on the balcony. This unit is in a side wing south of the pool, not in building 1. All in all it was one of the most relaxing getaways we've had in some time. We're already planning a return.

We traveled from South Carolina to see Space X star base. We could see it from our balcony. To bad they didnā€™t have a launch. We loved the condo very clean and kids loved the pools. The Beach was great.

Labor Day Weekend

Great location at south end of the island. Well maintained and stocked with all kitchen items needed. Even had things for the beach, but didn't use most because we brought our own. Washer and dryer, and small south facing balcony to sit outside. Very short walk to the beach and the property comes with a pool in case you don't like the sand. Couldn't figure out how to watch TV, however that disn't matter since we got to enjoy the outdoors and family time. Will definately check to see if this property is available for our next trip.

Great booking

Loved the property. Condo was clean. Incredibly well stocked for cooking for a family of 4-8 ppl which I always find difficult with other properties. Stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and dishwasher soap. Only thing you might need is laundry detergent if you plan to wash clothes. Plenty of towels, beach towels, beach toys like sand castle, boogie board, etc to utilize. Location is fantastic as itā€™s a less populated than the beach going north. The pools are super small but well kept. All in all I highly recommend.
