"Great location for Tempe Center for the Arts, ASU, and Tempe Town Lake. Secured parking garage was an added plus. The apartment was very spacious, had all the necessities, and was very clean. WiFi was fast so I was able to work from the apartment with ease. I would definitely stay here again if another conference brings me to Tempe."

"This place is really comfortable and nice. The units feel like home as you walk in and the furniture looks and felt great. That bed was comfortable as heck, seriously a great nights sleep both nights and the pillow variety was killer. The area around had plenty to offer, and there was food around. "The apartment complex is nice and overall the unit is nice but a few things were troublesome. We got SO many emails, to verify the booking we had to take a pic of our drivers license and myself. Then go through a laundry list of rules. Easy to tell it was a corporation not an individual. Even with multiple emails telling us all the rules and asking us to review documents online related to the rules we never got a access code to the actual unit so although we could get into Complex we stood...

"The premises is spotless. The gym and pool are above par. Very well maintained. The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious and clean. The kitchen was supplied with cleaning products and trash bags and paper towels. Close to everything you need and want. Shopping, dining, casino, arena, stadium.
