"This hotel is imposter. They show you the most beautiful immaculate pictures. In the whole entire world for you to stay at this hotel, you get there. And it's like the e b nibbles creepy business, this place is more for condemning. Not for family are single women. Be careful, this hotel is not safe. Probably not for anyone, but the guy at the front desk.His name is rocky.And he was the most amazing sweetest guy.They give you the best customer service"

"The hotel itself is good. The staff was less than helpful. The pool was closed for maintenance. There was no advance notice and we were not told about it when we checked in. Went out for a day of sightseeing and rushed back to spend some time in the pool. Our first notice was the sign on the pool. There was no other notification. We had very upset kids. "The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and they rotated it daily so that we didn't always have the same items. The Wi-Fi was good with no issues throughout my stay. On the negative side, however, the day I checked in the gentleman at the front desk didn't really present an attitude that he wanted to be there. This was just an overall impression. As I do, wherever I go, I inquired about any military deductions. He indicated that there is for active duty personnel. I...

"The bathroom had hair on the floor mirror was disgusting the beds were very comfortable! We had a clogged toilet told front desk came back later that day it had not been fixed ! They gave us another room and the ac made a terrible noise got up the next morning to a broken elevator four flight of stairs to carry luggage down ! Front desk had nothing but excuses for all issues Hopefully they can get a better maintenance plan in place !"
