"Surprisingly nice hotel - it would be perfect for people attending events at the monument. They have a very nice pool, breakfast was good and they offered a reception with drinks and popcorn at night including a cultural training from a Lakota gentleman. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The laundry on site was handy and the staff were super helpful as well. The gym is in the basement so we didn’t end up using that and the hot tub jets didn’t work."

"The bright spots were that the room was clean and had a full sized and fully functional microwave and refrigerator/freezer. It also had a nice little 2-burner stove, and a faucet and sink in the little kitchen area. Unfortunately there were no pots or pans, plates or utensils, and no dishwashing liquid or dish towels. "DONT! They were overbooked by 9 confirmed reservations! The same thing happened the night prior, and they did nothing to prevent it from happening again! Only to arrive at the hotel and realize I had no room, after I had pre-paid and had a confirmed reservation. Causing me to find a new hotel at 9:30 pm at night, yeah, not okay. Save yourself the headache, don't go here. Another hotel guest and I ended up at a hotel about a block away, and got much better accommodations for just a few dollars...
