"Surprisingly nice hotel - it would be perfect for people attending events at the monument. They have a very nice pool, breakfast was good and they offered a reception with drinks and popcorn at night including a cultural training from a Lakota gentleman. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The laundry on site was handy and the staff were super helpful as well. The gym is in the basement so we didn’t end up using that and the hot tub jets didn’t work."

They arranged a medical rate without my having to request one, moved me downstairs to a king suite so my fiancé, if discharged, wouldn't have far to walk, and then, while I was tending to him in the hospital, had all my luggage set in the new room when I returned at the end of the day.
