There was hair between the sheets, stains on the sheets and pillows, also the floor was dirty and behind and under the mattress was awful. The worst part and highly dreaded find was the clear sign of beg bug droppings on the physical mattress. We did not see any bugs but we also had not laid down or attracted them with our heat yet.
