"Picture warning, the Superior Room does not contain the in-room hot tub/bathtub. It has a bunk bed. The pictures are not accurate, read the room description. The staff was helpful in getting me a full refund for booking the “wrong room” but the lobby had a terribly unpleasant smell upon entering and the room we did get had obvious dog hair on the bunk bed and a lipstick stain on the king bed pillowcase."

"Close to the 90 and Mt Rushmore. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Warm fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Used the whirlpool and pool and liked them fine. Across the street from Mongolian BBQ which we loved. Clean comfortable room and beds."

"I will say, the only reason I am not giving this a better rating is because nowhere on the website or when we made the reservation were we told that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, and the key amenities we were looking for (namely the swimming pool for our kids, and the hot fresh breakfasts) were not going to be available. I don't care how friendly the staff is, or how nice the rooms, when this level of restriction is not publicized prior to booking, it is an extremely poor look...

We reported it every day by calling, stopping at the front desk, and even filling out a maintenance request form.
