"We enjoyed our stay. I did not have any cell signal though. Wish they had wifi. Also missing icebtrays. Other than that good. "

"The house is in a wonderful location to walk to anywhere in town, and has great river views. I was very impressed with how clean and organized it he space was. Lots of thoughtful details in the living room of furniture pieces with multiple uses. Communication with the hosts was also prompt. Love having a little green space around the property as well. "

"Had a wonderful stay in the cottage! Check in instructions were clear and proactive. The cottage felt homey and welcoming, and I really appreciated all the extra touches like toiletries/hair dresser in the bathroom, cooking spices and cleaning supplies in the kitchen, and laundry detergent and clear instructions for using the washer. It was also a great location, walkable to the main blocks of downtown Astoria, and having offstreet parking was a nice to have convenience. Would definitely enjoy...

"We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend."

"What a beautiful property! We had family visiting from the east coast and it was their first time on the peninsula. They thought the views were magical. Lovely home. "

"A wonderful property with a great location to town and beach. Privacy for multiple people. Lots of stairs to be expected with 3 levels. Awesome views. Beds are very comfortable. Check in was super easy. Kitchen was very easy for several people to prepare a meal. I wasn't smart enough to get the front burner to heat faster."

"The property is really nice with ample space for my family and friends. We really enjoyed being able to watch the sunsets from the comfort of livingroom and deck. Having the beach close to house was a big plus. Will rent again. Hostess very helpful and easy to contact about any issue. "

"Lovely, well appointed and clean. Quiet neighborhood and down the block from the beach. Spacious and dog friendly. Our 13 yo loved the basement full of games. We had a wonderful time! Had planned to ride bikes from house to town but it’s on a main road without bike lane for about a mile which didn’t feel safe with the kids. But we drove to the discovery trail parking and rode from there. "

"Fantastic property, located within walking distance of everything. Unlike other places we have stayed, this property has an abundance of all of the supplies one would need to stay a week. We have stayed at many properties, and this bar none was the best one we have stayed at. I would reccomend this property to anyone!"
