Welcome to Razor's Edge! We have recently made many updates at Razor's Edge - new living room furniture, wood stove, interior paint, lighting, bedding, headboards, nightstands, window coverings, kitchen dishware, glassware, utensils, knives, pots/pans and new outdoor firepit furniture and patio seating.

Razor's Edge is situated in one of the nicest residential areas in town. The Mighty Pacific is a very short and easy walk from the home. The home offers fantastic indoor and outdoor living spaces and is kid and dog friendly with a fully fenced deck and yard. Bring your bikes and explore the neighborhood. The section of beach accessible from the home offers great razor clamming (during approved clam digs).

Razor's Edge offers three comfortable bedrooms, one full bath and easily accommodates six guests. The home is unique in that a group of six has plenty of room while a couple will feel right at home and not 'lost in too much space'. The kitchen, dining and living room space are very open and allow for excellent conversation and entertainment space. The deck and backyard fire pit living spaces will certainly be a special place to spend time outdoors.

Layout of the Home

Guests of Razor's Edge are greeted with our welcoming outdoor deck and enter into the great room. Here you will find a well-stocked kitchen with quality appliances and a breakfast bar counter. Quality dishes, glassware and utensils are supplied along with all the gadgets of home and likely more including toaster, blender, mixer, hot water kettle, bean grinder and a coffee maker. The spacious dining table seats six and is a great place to play games or build a puzzle. The TV area offers a 50-inch Smart TV and ample seating for guests. The wood stove adds to the atmosphere - with wood provided.

The oversized primary bedroom has a king bed and plenty of closet and dresser space for clothes. There is a WiFi TV in the primary bedroom (guests can use their streaming apps to watch movies and shows). The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full beds. All bedrooms are good size and have quality mattresses and linens.

The full bath has a bath/shower combination with strong water pressure and nice shower head. An oversized washer and dryer allow for cleaning your beach clothes and being ready for the next day's adventure. There is also an indoor utility sink.

Outdoor Living Space

The large yard of Razor's Edge is fully fenced. The backyard fire pit and seating area. The front deck is a fantastic outdoor living space. Prepare dinner using the covered BBQ grill (guests provide their own charcoal/lighter fluid) and spend quality time eating and relaxing at the large outdoor dining table. The trickles of the water feature will add to your pleasant family time on the deck.

Dog Friendly

Razor's Edge is dog friendly, but we must first communicate with you about the number of dogs and breed. Please send us a quick email message if you are wanting to bring your four-legged friend(s). Failure to properly disclose that you are bringing a dog, and the number of dogs, will void the rental agreement. The dog fee for the entire stay is $25 plus tax for up to two dogs. We do consider more than 2 dogs, with an additional fee. Guests must pick up after their dog(s) - If this is not something you are not going to do, then we are not the home for you.

Technology and Entertainment

The 50-inch TV in the living room has YouTube TV with over 70 channels of live and local TV. Guests can use their Amazon, Netflix or other streaming accounts. There is a DVD player and a selection of movies provided. A selection of games and puzzles is provided. A strong WIFI reception with Xfinity internet is provided at Razor's Edge.

Beach Access -

One of the features of Razor's Edge is the fantastic beach access. There is a well-groomed walking trail within an easy 5-minute walk from the home. The trail is mostly flat with a gradual access to the beach. This section of the beach is great for razor clamming (during approved digs of course).

We cater to families and friends seeking a relaxing time at the ocean. We are NOT a party house. If a place to party is what you are after, please consider other housing which would be open to your needs. It is critical for Razor's Edge to be a good match for us and for us to be a good match for our guests. When you contact us, please include information about your guests and what brings you to the coast and potentially visiting with us at Razor's Edge.
